Lift is great, motor cart a little tall as far as I am concerned.

After ordering the product, I never got a shipping notification. I wound up calling 9 days later. Only to find out the jack I ordered was on back order. Would have been nice if someone could've reached out to me and let me know

I had a safety issue to which I assumed would not be addressed. I was totally wrong, BendPak handled and resolved the total problem. They sent new parts and a service team to handle the installation they even noticed a small issue and fixed that to while they were on site.

Great lifts and service was good. Only problem was all 4 lifts had scratches and gouging in the finish. Packaging could be a lot better.

Did not deliver on the scheduled date. No phone call or anything. Called the following day and they had no idea why item hadn’t been delivered. Fortunately, they delivered that same day. Was not told that I was supposed to unload item from truck. At the end delivery person was nice enough to unload. I had to help push item but I’m just happy it was delivered. I do have to say item was nicely packaged.

Product is great, reps are great, the shipping is a mess. Had first lift sent back because of damages and if I hadn’t called there was no follow up to see if I had received it. Then the second lift was scratched too. I would advise doing something about checking on where the lifts are and if the customer has received it. It took me over 3 months to get my lift. Hope this helped.

After purchasing my BendPak lift I would first state that my lift seems to be of very good quality and was fairly easy to install. However during the process of installing the lift I had some questions and the customer service rep. I talked to was anything but helpful. The next time I called in for help I talked with a rep that was very helpful and knowledgeable.I did have a part that was not shipped with the lift and when I called to ask about it I found that it was back ordered. It would have been nice if the packing list would have indicated that it had been back ordered. I asked the representative to not ship this item until I asked him to ship it. The item was shipped anyway. All in all I am really impressed with the Lift !

The service is great . they need to get a installer program or a list of companies that will install the product you purchase.
