Great customer service. Product excellent. Set up directions are poorly written but can be figured out. This is my only area for improvement. The assembly directions do not match many of the components and the drawings are not clear. After you build the first one...easy to do another.

They were very receptive once I called to check my status, but they did not respond to my initial email. I had to call to get the ball moving. Once I was in contact with the correct people the issue was resolved quickly and painlessly.

The products are great. The only thing is when I ordered on your website it showed free shipping. Then when I went to lay it changed to a charge for shipping. So I am not happy that it misleads us when purchasing.

The t fitting that bolts thru the post must have the nut on the outside of the post. The Instructions do not show this. If the nut is on the inside there is not enough clearance for the carrage to rise. This makes a big mess and ruins parts. Bendpack was nice enough to send new parts free of charge. Please up date the manual I am sure I am not the only one to do this. Lift is working great love it.

The installation went very smooth, had a issue with the electrical. Found out the issue with the wiring was because the company that wired my shop made a mistake wiring it. They came out and fixed the problem in about five minutes.

BendPak did deliver my four post lift on time and correctly. The only glitch was the very long time it took for the aluminum ramps I did ordered get to me, otherwise, the processes was just fine. Oh, the tech assistance was great thanks

A very useful product. My major complaint is with the action of the safety release lever. It requires a fair amount of effort and you have to extra careful to make sure both sides release when you are lowering the vehicle. I have it in my garage to service both family (and friends') cars and several race and track cars. Being able to stand under the car for maintenance is wonderful!
