BendPakReviews of bendpak.com

it seems to be an excellent product. very well built and works perfectly. i was disappointed to find the paint scratched.

Ordering process is very user friendly. The personal follow-up after order is very professional and the associate I spoke with was very friendly and polite. Great service.

Your tech team did a great job of checking out my self installation of my lift. They corrected my mistakes without judgement of my work and made sure everything worked correctly. They replaced several anchor bolts that didn’t torque to spec and showed me how to maintain the lift. Everything is working great.

Very accurate and easy to use.

One of the Best Buy’s I’ve made for my home shop

Ordered 10,000 LB. Capacity 2 post XPR-10AS and very happy with the quality and operation. Had it installed professionally by Pace Auto Lift who did a fantastic installation..I had also purchased the WSA-100 Air-Electric Workstation which Pace Auto Lift picked up at Bendpak in Santa Paula along with the XPR-10AS and delivered to my shop. The WSA-100 had missing and wrong parts and the quality was not what I expected and would not recommend the Air/Electric Workstation! However Bendpak did refund my purchase price on that item but would not refund my cost for return shipping. That was fair and reasonable and they were great to deal with. I did a lot of research and looked at many other 2 post Asymmetrical lifts and nothing came close to the BendPak XPR-10AS. I have since purchased additional adapters and cradles directly through Bendpak and sales and service has been great!

Wow, what a great company to work with. It took me a LONGGGGG, time to finally make up my mind on which unit I wanted to get. Worked with Natalie Cruz and she made it all easy. She was patient and knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend that anyone on the market reach out to Natalie with any queries.

So this is the second lift I’ve bought after being unhappy with the first. Benpak crushes my previous lift. Locks work awesome, lift is built well. I ended up getting the aluminum ramps and they are light and convenient. HD-7W for a c7 z06 and it fits great even for a wide car.
