The company you authorized to repair our in warranty lift never has shown up. One excuse after another. I need this lift repaired

Horrible company. Yes their lift works and it does hold up my car. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. If the lift comes damaged or any parts come damaged....good luck. They will throw you in a loop saying its the delivery group then the delivery group will blame it on Bendpak next thing you know...gotta fight it out. They sent me products that were bent and damaged and never did anything to help at all. I would seriously consider purchasing from another company if you plan on having a great experience

The BendPak Brand is good. I've used their products[lifts] before. When I purchased my own for home shop, I had some defects that BendPak could not figure out...they tried, but I was left with a less than perfect lift.

Junk. Wish I would have bought some other brand. My aligner computer died 1 year after installation. I was sent a new computer and now it has died 6 months later. Do not waste your money on Bendpak.

They sent me 2-120 volt units with 220 volt pumps in them. They are useless and they haven't responded to any of my requests to rectify the situation. Going on 60 days now with resolution or call back.

Advertising and selling product you don't actually have and don't know when you'll have it sucks. Charging for it up front, letting me pay intrest without any product in hand is just wrong.

My lift showed up damaged with incorrect fitting and the stickers were torn up by a forklift in transit. Bendpak took over a week to ship me fittings, but you guys did nothing to address my beat up and ugly lift. The shipping company you selected arrived a day late and caused me to rent a forklift for an extra day. Bendpak did nothing to correct these issues when brought to their attention. Spend your money with a lift company that cares about it's customers, not bendpak
