5 star for Customer service. I sent the company a message on IG and they responded right away. They answered all my questions and gave me new information also. My order indicated delivered. Only one of the 2 items had been...so I emailed Customer Serive. Got a reply in less than 24 hours asking a couple more questions and pics of the delivery. I responded and within another 12 hours they found the order had been split by the carrier and provided new tracking. Followed up with me the day...and I received the balance of my order. Excellent response time, and no BS excuses. Excellent Customer Service...10 out of 10 for me.

Requested a refund in January after mailing back my Golf Daddy & extra pads. Forgot about it and just this week realized I didn’t get a refund. Contacted Golf and they responded quickly and told me they were still waiting for my tracking number. I explained that I no longer have it. They looked up my account and issued me a full refund. This is excellent customer service and I am very grateful for their quick and positive response.
