The experience with team was great. If only the App worked as good I would not be asking for a refund days after receiving the product.

Great idea for a gift. The only reason I have to return it is my ceiling is too low. If you have high ceilings this is awesome!

I purchased the Golf Daddy product on Sunday and immediately ran into an issue opening the app. It was stuck on a loading screen when entering into any mode and the support bot escalated the issue to the customer support team. Based on some of the negative comments I had seen about the product, especially since it was the weekend, I honestly expected the issue to go unresolved for a while. However, Coach Mark reached out and reassured me that the team was aware of the issue and would work on a fix within 24–48 hours. Within that timeframe, Coach Mark followed up again to let me know the bug had been fixed. That really changed my view of the product and showed me that there is a dedicated team behind it that genuinely cares about the customer experience. Since then, I’ve been able to use the product, and so far my experience has been positive!

Coach Mark was terrific! He offered me excellent customer service, responded to my email in a timely manner and handled my problem with the upmost professionalism. I'm one happy customer, thank you Coach Mark!
