The company is sneaky and deceitful. When I bought the Mighty 3 it said that it was compatible with Spotify. But with the last update it said that on April 21st 2027 Mighty 3 will no longer support Spotify. The Mighty 3 supporting Spotify was the whole reason why I bought it to begin with, so it's really messed up that they advertised it as working with Spotify when I purchased it when they were planning on pulling support and not telling us about it... Seems like something that they should refund everyone who bought it for Spotify use, otherwise it seems like a legal case could be made against them for false advertising...

The device has the worst app to connect to download music, it doesn't sync and it doesn't connect to my Bluetooth headphones. It's unusable a huge waste of money.

Avoid this company. I bought the Mighty 3 (2026 Edition) on March 7, 2026, and it was dead on arrival. The playlist sync fails completely, making it a useless piece of plastic.Worse than the broken product is the atrocious customer service. I spent three months trapped in an exhausting, 30-email loop with a representative named Al. I fully complied with every single request. I performed multiple factory resets, sent screen recordings of the sync failure, and provided endless photos and videos of the defective unit.Instead of replacing the broken hardware or offering a refund, Al just kept repeating the exact same troubleshooting steps and demanding more videos. After two months of this runaround, I formally demanded a refund. Mighty Audio’s response? They completely ghosted me. They stopped replying to my emails, refused to send a replacement, and are keeping my money.This product does not work, and the company’s support is a stalling tactic designed to exhaust your patience until they stop responding. Do not buy.

Used this item 4-5 times, was not the experience they advertise, at all. Awful configuration, even worse customer support. Contacted them after some years because I wanted to reuse it, after a lot of emails doing whatever they requested , they tell me no warranty and basically forget about it. Even, it's quite comical, they offer a discount code, expecting I'm going to buy again from them?. So, in the end I have a very expensive clip for money I guess

My unit is broken. It has been days with no support response. They even asked me to make a 1 minute video which I did to prove it was not working and they still don't reply.
