My Experience with Beltone Hearing and Care Credit has been nothing but frustrating and unpleasant. I agreed to purchase insignia hearing aids from Beltone Hearing on December 22 2025. Over the following eight months, I worked with two different Beltone Representatives in an attempt to achieve a proper and comfortable fit. Unfortunately, during that entire period I experienced nothing but ongoing frustration. The hearing aids repeatedly slipped out of my ear canals. The microphone molds were replaced twice and rubber sleeves were later tried, but neither solution was successful. When the hearing aids are inserted but not properly ,fitted the seal is compromised, causing a high-pitched whistling sound. The whistling has been embarrassing . particularly when I am around other people . For example , when I attend my gym or martial arts classes , which involve smaller groups of people, The whistling is even more noticeable. On several occasions , I have felt forced to remove the hearing aids because of the embarrassment and discomfort. After eight months of frustration, I attempted to seek a resolution and compensation for the the extended period during which I was unable to properly use the hearing aids.However Care Credit/ Synchrony Finance The company associated with my purchase , appeared to interpret my efforts to resolve this issue as a default on my loan. That was never my intention. My impression was that the financial side of the situation was more focused on protecting its profits than addressing the concern of a customer who had spent a significant amount of money on a product that was not functioning properly because of fitting issues. Personally , based on my experience , I would not recommend Beltone Hearing. These are High-end and expensive hearing aids , costing more than products offered by some other hearing aid companies. For that level of investment , I expected a much smoother experience and a stronger commitment to customer satisfaction. Beltone also promises lifetime care. ,but in my experience , that promise has not lived up to my expectations , especially considering the high cost of there products. after a very long and frustrating process , the hearing aids are finally , fitting better after different grip-style rubber microphone plugs were tested. For a company selling high-end products and promoting long term Customer care and satisfaction , I expected much better service and support. Sincerely Greg Farina

I had a really bad experience with Cameron at Belton. Just interested in the money. First I brought my hearing aid in to be repaired,, he said it wasn't worth repairing and talked me into a new pair for 6,200 that never worked. I finally returned them and Alegra(i was paying monthly on credit) gave me my money back, however Cameron has kept the 1,000 I put down with him as a deposit! I also paid 485.00 dollars to repair the my own hearing aid. I have asked several times for the 1,000 back which I could use,I'm on a fixed income but he totally ignores me. I am very disappointed and upset. I feel this is morally wrong. Shame on him for taking advantage of a 79 year old woman. I hope this will help someone else!! So WRONG!!

My Dad's purchased beltone hearing aids in Shawnee Oklahoma . They were quite expensive but they have a good warranty.Well one of my Dad's hearing aids wouldn't work so we brought them back to the beltone office where he purchased them .Well the "Dr" wasn't in he was on vacation for a whole week . The lady at the front desk did not know anything about them and couldn't help us at all. So we went 2 blocks down to a different office and they were really nice and helpful. They replaced a wire that was broke and downloaded an app so we could adjust them on the phone thru the app. Dr.Gospel did not even mention the app at the beltone office where we have the warranty. So we got charged $165 for fixing the hearing aid . Well to be honest they were 90% nicer and helpful than the Dr at Biltone ever has been . So we came back today and ask him to reimburse for the fixing of the beltone that was under warranty. He would not reimburse and was quite rude. These are $10.000 hearing aids and he would not help out at all. Needless to say I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone . Dr Gospel is not friendly or helpful. He wanted my Dad's to go a whole week without hearing until he returned from vacation. He claimed no one could fix the hearing aind but him. The lady down the road fixed them and showed us how to use the app she downloaded for us Dr Gospel did not even let us know about the app. And still today said my dad had to have an Apple I phone to use the app. Which is not true at all. We have been using the app just fine with his Samsung phone( android). Thank You Connie N

Paid £5000 for the top range hearing aid already been replaced after 2 months as they were static and tinny battery wouldn’t last 12 hours the new ones came with a new rechargeable charger started off really good now back to where I was with the original ones don’t last 12 hours sent in requests via the app no reply
