Belov DigitalReviews of belovdigital.agency

Belov has been a lifesaver for our subscription-based website. They add features quickly, solves problems even faster, and responds in a timely manner. We can sleep at night knowing that we have a team like Belov managing our site.

I have used Belov Digital for multiple different development projects, and have them working on another for me now. They have produced consistently excellent work, with clear communication. They absolutely the best developers I have hired over the decade I've spent running my e-learning business.

Great agency. I use them for everything from Wordpress mgmt to custom programming tasks. They always take the time to consider the big picture and do things the right way.

I hired this company to build a custom WordPress site. From the beginning, they said the project would take one to two development sprints to complete. I provided clear requirements and examples, and even handled a lot of the setup myself—uploading content, configuring plugins, and doing extensive testing to save time. Despite all that, the project kept dragging on. Every small adjustment seemed to require more hours. Something as simple as improving the checkout layout was suddenly quoted at 10–20 hours, even though the payment plugin already included a built-in checkout system. I understand paying for skilled work, but after spending nearly $10,000, the site was still unfinished. I never received a detailed breakdown of how the hours were used, and I later realized that even routine communication time on Slack counted against my total. Hours disappeared quickly with little visible progress. The team is technically capable, but the project management and communication were disappointing. I found myself fixing several items that were supposed to be included in the original work. In the end, it felt like the focus was more on billable time than on delivering a completed website. If you decide to work with them, make sure you have a clearly defined scope with measurable deliverables, request weekly time logs showing specific progress, and clarify what counts as billable communication before you begin. They can produce solid technical work, but in my experience the value and transparency didn’t match the cost or the expectations that were set.

I've been working with Belov Digital Agency for almost a year. During that time BDA has created a very flexible set of WordPress sites which I'm using to implement a variety of scientific research applications. Nick, my contact at BDA has provided highly responsive, reliable and professional support. Our communications over Slack have been efficient and detailed, and have consistently resulted in my receiving exactly what I specified, on or before the agreed-upon delivery date. I look forward to working with Nick and BDA on an ongoing basis.

Belov Digital did an amazing job at bringing my ideas to life. I gave them a detailed outline and they were able to achieve exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

Alex is beyond helpful. I am a marketer who uses his maintenance service for a B2B company, and I message him to help me with something probably three times or more a week (AKA I can be pretty high maintenance). He's extremely knowledgeable and usually able to complete my requests within our maintenance plan. I only have good things to say about Belov Digital. I highly recommend it.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Nick, Julia, Sonya and the entire Belov team. They paid attention to every detail we presented throughout the website development process, helping us to not only more fully develop our vision of the website, but then going above and beyond to make sure that the site was exactly as we envisioned. I would highly recommend the Belov Digital Agency to anyone who is looking for a professional web designer that will treat you not only as a valued customer, but as a true collaborative partner. The site was created very quickly and any changes that we requested were completed immediately. Thanks Nick, Julia, and Sonya for helping bring our vision to such a vibrant, beautiful reality and exceeding any and all of our expectations during the process!
