I love the comfy hat I got in a bigger size. Also got another color today. Will buy more in future.

Shockingly bad service
Shockingly bad service. The product turned up late, in really unsuitable packaging, and so the hat was bent all out of shape and is completely unwearable. Customer service trying to offer me $4 by way of a refund on a £35 hat.

Realice la compra de un sombrero que me…
Realice la compra de un sombrero que me entregaron 50 días después del pedido. El producto lo enviaron en una bolsa de plástico, por lo que llegó completamente aplastado. no aceptaron reembolsar mi dinero ni reponer el producto por uno en perfecto estado y solamente ofrecen una compensación de 9 dólares por un producto que costo 65 dólares

Bellyhat.com is a FRAUD
Bellyhat.com is a FRAUD. Do NOT ORDER. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before ordering 2 months ago and I get a response only that the item is shipped. They have no idea where the item is and they refuse to give me a refund. Customer service is non existent

If I could rate 0
If I could rate 0, I would! Hats took forever to show up in a plastic bag completely crushed. Called there customer service, they suck offered $3.00 for completely ruined hats. Don't buy from this ripp off company. You won't like there cheap, crap hats. Shame on them!
