Purchased 2 by 1st Cavalry regiment hats.Took 3 or 4 weeks to get here,arrived in a plastic bag and both hats crushed and so bent out of shape it was silly.Steamed both hats to try and get them to a wearable condition. Overall quality I'd rate as very poor and tacky,the sort of product you'd purchase at a 2 dollar shop.The quality and lack of packaging was so annoying I'm going to give them to my labradors to use as chew toys Dissapointing experience.

I received my hat today and they didn't ship it in a box,they shoved it in a small ass bag. The hat was in horrible shape when I opened it. I'll never purchase again and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone. I'd really like my money back for this wad of toilet paper.

1 star is too much, worst product ever to be purchased, poor quality crushed as it arrived without a box or any protection, a scam of a company advertising what does not exist, there’s no correspondence for refund, threw it in the bin

They stole my money. Please do not buy anything from these Crooks they sent me some hats that look like a dog had pissed on them. And when I tried to get my money back they would not respond and then they wouldn't send me my money back for some hats that I mean firstly my dog wouldn't chew on

I'm only giving them 1 star because I can't give them a 1/2. The hat took weeks to arrive and was the wrong size: I ordered an XL, which is what the packaging said it was, but the actual hat inside was an L and on the small side at that. It doesn't fit. The company offered a $4, then a $6 dollar refund on a $50 dollar purchase (with shipping). Extremely unhelpful bot replies & refusal to admit they had made an error despite being sent pictures of the L inside the hat. It's not clear where this "company" even exists, though all the packaging was in Chinese. Would never use again. Also beware: they appear to be doing business under several other names online. Don't order from anyone who doesn't tell you where their brick & mortar shop actually is.

Another Facebook ad misrepresentation. Claims it was shipped from Denmark. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Hat was scrunched in a plastic bag, Low grade materials and workmanship, XL size is actually a L. So doesn’t fit. Clean sweep of trash/fraud. Might as well toss it out.

So they initially sent you tracking that says it's coming from the states until it's past customs. THEN you get the real one that it's from China. I payed express shipping and felt it was taking too long. As the others said the customer service is an automated one line the gives you a link to the shipper but it doesn't ever work. I've received a total of ten of those emails. I can't believe I got scammed buy this UGH

This Company is a scam says its products come from USA but the Hat says made in China, It is delivered in a plastic bag and the hat is crushed, I cannot straighten it when contacted they are not interested
