We give an estimated date because unforeseen issues can arise with shipping and orders can take longer in limited instances. Hi Peggy, Thank you for your feedback. I wanted to let you know that all of our scales are at the counter where you met your associate. We test and weigh everything right in front of you. We are transparent with our whole buying process and have nothing to hide. We often encourage our customer to shop around and see them return to us, as we have the highest payouts in the area, especially for high-ticket items. Please shop your items around, our doors will be open if you want a competitive payout.
