Bellevue Rare CoinsReviews of bellevuerarecoins.com

when i called your team, your team said that, if I pay cash then I can get gold for the price shown in your website, but when I visited your shop, they said that online price is different from selling price. price showing in website is misleading and your team misleading the customers.

I cannot trust any Rare Coin sellers at all. They all want big markup 15 - 30% price for themselves. it's ridiculous & unbelievable. They want people to believe investing in gold Coins is a good thing, well after I tried I see my brother and i are the losers. They also wanted to scratch out my 100% pure gold for their testing excuses. Sayonara..

If there were a minus star rating this business gets it, however one star is the highest they deserve and here is why. I have purchase 100's of thousands worth of silver and gold from this and other outfits around the Seattle area over the last 15yrs. This Business not only on occasion will sell you scrap (aka melt value) bullion at spot price they also attempt to short you when you want to sell solid 24k (non melt value) at below melt prices. Solid 24k which buy all industry standards does not loose value. Spot price for solid 24k is what solid 24k is worth. This business is attempting to scam you be a smart person and stay away. I have been sold during Covid 19 fake silver rounds from this company as well. Buyer Beware

Very unprofessional at the Lynnwood location. Rude and condescending. Ended up going to Bellevue for my appointment to have my jewelry looked at to sell. She offered me an insulting $500 for my 1carat GIA certified diamond ring. I went elsewhere at got a FAIR $1500. These people are Crooks and they are not nice, especially if you are young.

I made an appointment on June 26 at 10a. I sat in my car until 10a and I noticed several people standing by the door. A few minutes before 10 a gentleman opened the door and 2 people went in. I got out of my car went to door, read the sign about 2 person limit and I asked people if they had appointments, they said no. I waited 10 minutes, when no one appeared to be ready to leave I did.

I have been into this location several times and always had a great experience, this time the employee who approached me, to help me was not friendly or welcoming like I had been treated before. Steve has helped me in the past and he is wonderful!!! Very helpful, informative, when I left after selling quite an amount of items I felt good. That’s what kept me coming back. This clerk was short, rude, and was condescending to me. I left without selling anything. I felt like he was cheating me. I had him give me a quote on my silver as a test, he failed. I actually was intending on selling a considerable amount of gold. But not to him. I would never recommend him, ( a younger bald man) I did not get his name. Steve however I trusted. Thank you for sending me this survey.
