I enjoyed my time at West Seattle Rare Coins getting estate jewelry appraised by DJ. He recommended I wait awhile before considering selling any of it, which was my intention. So no pressures were felt. But it gives me a piece of mind. Thanks again.

Had an Appt and waited about 20 min after my Appt to get helped. Looked like people just came in without a reservation so it seemed a little pointless to book it. Once I had someone helping me it was quick to sell my bars and coins. Rep was great and courteous and gave me a fair rate. Will buy and sell here again.

What I experienced: honesty and integrity, safety and security for customers. Transaction went well, I was pleased. I was issued a check which I deposited in my bank. Then the check was returned. I was notified by Bellevue Rare Coins that the check was going to be returned because of an error made by a staff member. I went to the store again, picked up a replacement check, and that one cleared. Even though I was told I would be reimbursed for the returned check fee, I had to specifically ask to be reimbursed, then was. All is good. Mistakes happen. I will visit again if the need arises.

They were very helpfull and if they did know it they researched it for me. They tested the gold to see what karat and tested the stones for me. Very nice and friendly.very clean

They took the time to go through each piece and offered fair prices. I've used BRC twice now and was satisfied each time. Definitely will go back.

Joe was very helpful. He examined the coins that we had brought in and told us whether they worth anything more than the face value and gave us a fair price for them. It was a pleasant experience.
