I arrived early for my appointment but was seen almost immediately. They were quite busy with some high value transactions even so the person who helped me was friendly and somewhat informative. He was continually interrupted to answer questions and provide guidance to other staff members. Perhaps this lead to the quick evaluation of my items and the offer 20% lower than 2 other offers I had previously received. I have no extreme negative opinions. I thought the gentleman I spoke with was pleasant and my overall evaluation average.

I got a little irritated with the fact that I made an appointment to be seen with my jewelry and coins and the gentleman who helped me didn't even look at everything I had. He hurried me along like he had more important things to do. But there was nobody else in the store at the time and I noticed at least three other employees working at the time. So that was rude. It made me feel like I was beneath him. My gold jewelry was not worth his time.

Thought my jewelry would have been worth more but no way for me to know that for sure. Their ads let you think you'll get a fortune.

Made an appointment online to ensure someone would be available to assist me as I have never been there when I got there the reps didn’t even know I had an appointment scheduled.

I went in with quite a few highly graded coins. I was not paid a premium on most of them. I would have received a fair price on EBay, but took the offers as I needed the money immediately. Otherwise the service was good. I suspect that the attention I received was because of the deals they were receiving from me. I would use their service again if I needed to sell Gold or silver bars.

Could have gotten a better return on my Gold

Despite what is stated in radio ads, Bellevue Rare Coins does not pay the highest prices for silver, the transaction took nearly an hour, and they would only pay me by check. I now work with a competitor who pays me full melt price for silver, in cash, and the transaction takes less than 10 minutes.
