A friend died in January, and she had warned me previously that I was the designated executor of her estate, so that wasn’t a surprise. The surprise was that she had been collecting jewelry for 40 years and it was now my job to liquidate a huge jewelry collection when I knew very little about gold and silver. I learned about gold and silver markings from the internet and sorted accordingly. I was very apprehensive about going to BRC for the first time because I was nervous they’d be like the stereotypical used car salesmen—pushy and deceptive. Instead, during my multiple trips to the store in Bellevue, I think I worked with every employee in the store at least once and they all were great: professional, informative, gracious, and kind. I only made an appointment the first time, subsequent trips I went mid afternoon and never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get helped. I’ve had fun learning about jewelry and the estate now has lots of money from the jewelry sales to fix up the neglected estate house I have to sell next. Thanks BRC!

Set up was easy offer the phone. I live in Seattle but wanted to buy local and who doesn't like a trip to beautiful Bellevue now and then. Friendly but unobtrusive and got right to the point with their support. Despite my novice beginning, buying the bars of silver I decided upon was so easy and I wasn't made to feel ignorant. In fact, I liked the store and really felt the staff had just the right nature and ideals that I repeated my exact order in mere minutes at the store. They opened promptly at 10 am with 3 on staff and 3 customers including myself we're perfectly accommodated. Mitigation and distance was obviously being furnished and communicated but by no means patronizing or ridiculously fearful. Looking forward to picking up my next order and probably a pizza from Pizza Mod next door!
