I had a ring I thought about selling so made an appointment and brought it in. Seemed like a nice enough environment. I had a woman and her trainee helping me who I happened to know from my son from school. She took the ring and came back and said three hundred dollars? I told her I thought that it was low. The ring is a half carat with 12 smaller diamonds in a wide gold band. Its pretty nice. Anyway, I declined and thanked her. The bright spot is that Tommy adds a bit of class to the place. He is presentable, polite, enthusiastic and a pleasure to deal with. Probably will go back!

Although the young lady that I worked with was very pleasant and personable, I didn't feel that she was very knowledgeable. It took her a very long time to access my jewelry and I was disappointed with the results.

Went in to buy Gold and Silver. At purchase I was given total. After writing check I was informed they had neglected a piece. Not a problem I will bring in another check tomorrow. I was then informed that although they had made an error it was I who would be penalized if the metal went up overnight. I told them that the mistake was theirs and the price should be at least honored overnight. They didnt care. This is exceptionlly poor business.

I have done 4 transactions at the Lynnwood location.I was treated less than respectfully by a member of the staff on 2 occasions. The others were fine. An order took 6+ months to fill. That seemed excessive to me.

I sold 10 1oz gold Maple Leaf coins Friday 8/7/2020... total was $20,170.... I received a check but was asked to wait to deposit it until Monday 8/10/2020...that caused some anxiety as you have the gold, but I have a non-cashable check....After speaking with staff, I understand it somewhat, but with 4 locations, commercials running, and a sterling reputation(why I came in)..I was a little disappointed.... I have numerous things to sell and was impressed with the operation, although there were more than 10 people in the store....Hopefully, the check clears on Monday and will restore my faith.... Very friendly phone reps and customer reps...

Called multiple times left messages to please return call/calls, when talked to in person employee said what I needed and that I was referred to go this route from a very nice and knowledgeable employee along with email to talk with specialist in the field needed. Not once have I received an email or call besides this survey for I had also tried to meet with him via pre-scheduled appointment online and an email is then sent to you automatically asking how they did. Have had a few very bad experiences as well with the cocky , every coin falls into a pre-selected category before we even look at it, and I know everything you don’t guy ( has a beard and I believe short hair or bald and was at the Lynnwood location. Don’t let him around the customers if you’re planning on keeping some of them. I’m sure he has his own clientele that would vouch for his greatness that he’s probably very dedicated to keeping happy, but there’s still us little people that make up a good if not most of the ever expanding Bellevue Rare.... For the other visits I’ve been happy for the most part or content that what I went there for was what I got no more, no less. Would not have typed this review if wasn’t sent to me I speak my piece in person in store, always calmly and always with respect no matter the situation. Thank you for taking the time to read an unflattering review/opinion (and that’s all it is just an opinion and for all anyone knows I’m the problem) this is just how I see it. Personable service but that was kind of it. I appreciate the knowledge of the valuer but it was all very matter of fact without any warmth. Would visit again though as undoubtedly you guys know your stuff.
