I ordered a pearl skull necklace and hoop earing and they are gorgeous. Quality is good, the pearl skull are very detailed (just a little too small) and they in perfect shape. The packaging is very well intended to avoid damages in the product. I will definitely purchase again in Belle Juri. I made the purchase on 8/8 and the product arrived until 8/20.

I ordered a ring for my Wife for our 19th Wedding Anniversary. I had concerns regarding receiving the ring in time, so reached out to customer services who were amazing. The ring arrived ahead of time and my Wife absolutely loves the ring. I will definitely purchase again from Belle Juri.

My partner ordered a ring for me from this company - is is exactly as pictured. However, the pearl did come out after a couple years so that's not great. However! The customer service is OUTSTANDING. Email exchanges led to a replacement bead AND 40% off an additional purchase. Items arrived quickly and the customer service rep checked in every step of the way. I felt really cared for and my lovely ring is fixed.

I am exceptionally happy with my purchases. I have earrings, ring & necklace. I will be purchasing more. Delivery to Australia reasonable.

I ordered from this company thinking it was based in the U.S. — everything on their website suggests they're located in Tampa, Florida. But once my order shipped, the tracking showed it was coming from China. Shipping took quite a while, and while the items look nice, the quality doesn't match the price at all. I expected better transparency, faster delivery and definitely better quality for what I paid.

I ADOREEEE my little mini bag. Its so cute and work of art. However, its just a litte too small. I can't fit my phone in it. 😪 So, ill only being using it when I can get away with not having a phone.

The necklace itself is cute but do not look alike the pictures. I ordered the simplest necklace in light orchid (an amazing pastel pink) and it came with a "dirty" pink with brown/orange spots all over it. It's not the same color everywhere and definitely not the same as in pictures. I have my concern about it being real pearls as well as it reflects light like plastic. Also the package has some defaults like the ink spreading making it looks like the brand is a scam. Overall I think the jewelry is cute but still totally differents from the photos, and thus not worth the expensive price it has.

Hi Pipette Fr, Thank you for your feedback – we truly appreciate you sharing these details. Regarding the color discrepancy and spots on your light orchid necklace: We deeply apologize. Our product photos aim for accuracy, but we acknowledge the piece you received falls short of this standard. About your concerns on material authenticity: All our pearls are 100% natural freshwater pearls, hand-carved for unique skull designs. Each pearl’s luster and texture vary naturally. For the packaging defects (ink spreading): This is unacceptable, and we’ve alerted our quality team to investigate immediately. Next Steps: 1️⃣ Use [https://bellejuri.com/pages/contact-us] to contact our support team within 24 hours. 2️⃣ Our customer service team will help you exchange the necklace or give you a refund. We’re committed to making this right. Your satisfaction is our priority. Sincerely, Caroline
