It is not worth it, the skull pearl fell off my ring easily. It happened to me during the third use. We contacted the company and they only offered a 50% off to buy another ring because the a skull replacement would be more expensive for me.

Never received product and the offer was to rebuy instead of replacing. I will never patronize this shop again, and I am sharing my experience far and wide.

The earrings are very beautiful, but they broke after two weeks of use. There is no way to repair them 😔

Waited almost a month for the necklace and although the company apologised they really didn’t do much else. Had the necklace since Christmas and it snapped in the middle of January. The pearl is questionably a pearl wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t unfortunately. Wouldn’t buy anything again, extremely thin chain.

Bought 2 sets of earrings from them and one pair was lopsided. The pieces were not attached symmetrically and looks funny. The other pair you could see the glue stain. Complained and received unsatisfactory customer service. They asked that I ship the items back and they will only shoulder a fraction of the shipping cost. They also claim,” they take quality seriously”. If this were true, then I wouldn’t be complaining about the shoddy made items. Would not recommend.

I bought a ring and a bracelet both broke less then a week

I ordered a cross necklace for $75 and was extremely disappointed. Not only did the item arrive broken (the pearl was completely detached), but the metal is incredibly thin and flimsy—not the quality advertised. When I reached out to customer service with photos, they acknowledged the item was broken but refused a full refund. Instead, they tried to hide behind an arbitrary '48-hour notification policy' to deny the claim. They insisted I pay for international shipping back to China (which costs nearly half the price of the item) just to get my money back for their defective product. This company relies on difficult return processes and unreasonable 'windows' to avoid taking responsibility for poor-quality goods. I had to involve my credit card company to get a resolution. Save your money and shop elsewhere."
