The earrings are very beautiful, but they broke after two weeks of use. There is no way to repair them 😔

Products: minimalist skull earings (ivory white color) Quality: I am satisfied with the quality of the products. The skulls are carefully carved and was intact as they arrived to me. The skulls seems to be genuine pearls - showed good lustre, smooth and bright surface quality. The pearls are slightly larger than what I expected, but it's ok. Items are carefully packaged. Shipping: The shipping was unnecessary long and complicated, but mostly it was due to their delivery partner service - 4PX, not from the shop's side. I ordered my items and has some problems tracking with 4PX, as they are very slow with updating delivery status, and gave me misleading information of tracking number for my last-mile delivery service. However, from Belle Juri's side, their customer support is very active and helped me walking through this matter, as well as sending me an additional pair of earrings as compensation without any additional fee. In the end, I have received both of my packages after 2 months since I placed my order. If in the future anyone wants to order from this shop, then you may need to be patient as shipping may take a quite a while, and don't hesitate to contact their customer service.

Waited almost a month for the necklace and although the company apologised they really didn’t do much else. Had the necklace since Christmas and it snapped in the middle of January. The pearl is questionably a pearl wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t unfortunately. Wouldn’t buy anything again, extremely thin chain.

Bought two pieces and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Bought the first necklace for my sister in law and she loves it, it's now her favourite piece of jewellery. Afterwards bought another for my wife's 30th and she also loves it. I've bought shit jewelry before that you are supposed to love because of the brand but these are better because they have character.

Bought 2 sets of earrings from them and one pair was lopsided. The pieces were not attached symmetrically and looks funny. The other pair you could see the glue stain. Complained and received unsatisfactory customer service. They asked that I ship the items back and they will only shoulder a fraction of the shipping cost. They also claim,” they take quality seriously”. If this were true, then I wouldn’t be complaining about the shoddy made items. Would not recommend.

Beautiful earrings, exactly as seen online, beautiful packaging and quick delivery, two different times.
