recieved my “free gift” (a plastic gold ring) and not the ring i ordered, and paid for. Tried to contact the company and got given an automated message saying they’d respond within 2 business days. Its been a week and they haven’t responded. Feels scammy to me.

I waited 4 months for delivery ! My original items ordered were apparently shipped but then lost in transit. Requested same order be sent again but told items no longer available. They offered store credit or discount voucher, not refund. Finally received one item, inferior quality and nothing like the photo on website. Definitely will not be using this company again and advise others to stay clear.

Disappointed in the service provided. My original order never arrived, and when I asked for a refund was not available. They would only give me the option of getting something else of the same value as my original selection was no longer available. This whole ordeal took close to 6 months to be resolved. Will not be buying from them ever again.

Made my order 39th August. Did not arrive. I sent lots of emails with no reply. Reported to shopify , I called my bank to get money back then order was sent. Arrived 25th of November and was not what I ordered. Emailed again to say wrong item and no reply. I used the correct support email. Finally I will keep the wrong order although I do not like the earrings. It’s too much hassle. I would not order again. Shame hopefully things improve. I’m surprised I was sent a link to review. Thank you anyway.

I received the items and they’re poorly made. The stones are stuck on crooked and will fall out, the stones are terrible colours, the jewellery isn’t even sterling silver. I’ve contacted the company more than 3 times to ask for a refund as I’m not happy with the quality and I’ve heard nothing. I wouldn’t buy from them again. I’ve just wasted money.

The quality was very poor. It took approximately 8 weeks for the items to be delivered. Two items were out of stock. I want advised of this until I followed up by email. I received a credit note for the two out of stock items which was not the full vsluevthstvinhad paid.
