I had set up an appointment with Mark Solomon who is connected with Bellalindemann Clinic. I went to Mark's appointment calendar & scheduled for May 15th at 2:45 pm (CDT). I received an email & text confirming my appointment with him. He didn't call me until after 4:00 pm. I had rearranged my whole day for this appointment. When he did call he said he normally doesn't have appointments on Friday & he didn't know I was scheduled for today! His appointment calendar was open for the appointment. As I said, I received confirmations regarding the appointment. If this place doesn't even know when appointments are scheduled I sure wouldn't trust them with any health issues. This was totally unprofessional! I have now connected with a wonderful gut clinic that answers the phone. None of this answering a lot of questions online, no phone number to call & waiting, waiting, waiting for them to call back. Do your research. There are great gut health clinics out there who care & call when they are scheduled to. I personally don't feel good about connecting with a Senior Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practioner who doesn't even keep track of his appointments! I would give them 0 stats if I could.

It's not the first impression we want anyone to have of our clinic. Mark made an admin error with his calendar and fully owns that, as he reiterated when he spoke with you. Please know that this is very rare and we all make mistakes. I’m grateful to Mark for owning this and for calling you the second he realized, to apologize and offer to speak with you then, or at another time that worked better for you. While this was not a paid consultation or ongoing client relationship, we still understand that your time is very important. We offer these free calls to help people decide whether our team is the right fit for your needs, and it sounds like we weren’t right for you, and that is ok.
