Wish I would've read the reviews before shopping. The negative things said about the customer service and return policies are true. They sent me an item that was mislabeled and still would not accept my return. I'm always looking for new boutiques to shop at and never have an issue...don't waste your money on this place.

I had ordered from Bella Ella Boutique quite a few times and wanted to return two items I purchased for around $50 total. I sent back the items within the 30 day policy and USPS emailed me proof that they delivered them to Bella Ella Boutique via a picture of where the package was dropped off. I emailed customer service because I never received my store credit and they continued to refer me to USPS. I do not feel this should be my issue to handle with USPS when they are clearly stating the package was delivered and it was lost at the boutique. I planned to continue to order often and refer many friends as I had done so already, but now I will never be purchasing any items from this boutique again after this terrible experience.

I have ordered from this company several times and have been mostly pleased. However, a dress I purchased in June has already ripped. I reached out to customer service and got what felt like a templated, uncaring reply and a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". Regardless of the garment being worn, a company should stand by the quality of their items. They could of at least offered me some sort of credit. I will not be ordering from this company again due to the poor customer service.

I ordered two pretty sweaters and when I got them home they were way too short in the front. I couldn't return them because they were on sale and I didn't know you couldn't return anything on sale. So in the trash they went. Wasted 50.00. I will never shop here again. Lesson learned.

The sizing was not right. Went to return for store credit because I like the clothes. Said it can't be returned. Now I am out $30 which is enough for me to never shop this boutique again. Bad reviews are hidden, only the good ones are on the page. I want to warn people about the return policy. Other reviews said returns were quick and easy. Not the case.

I was so excited to find this boutique and read many wonderful reviews about the clothes. However, my items came shoved into a tiny bag- completely crumpled up and wrinkled. The wrinkles won’t come out either! Additionally, the tops were very wide and seemed way larger than the typical small size that I wear. I was so disappointed! This will be my last time shopping with them!!

One of the items I just ordered online from Bella Ella was on clearance. Once I received it the head hole was sewn so small even a child's head would not fit through it. I took it back to the boutique in person to see if I could get a credit for it since it was obviously defective (very easy to see), the girl in the shop agreed with me and called a manager who said no returns. I have been ordering and buying from their store for about 3 years I wont anymore!! You can mail people very obviously easy to see defective items and say I know we sent you garbage but you cant exchange it or get a credit for it. That's called stealing!!

Terrible customer service and return policy. So unsatisfied with products
