I ordered a dress, which I loved but it had some discoloration on it. I would have exchanged but the dress was sold out. I returned the dress with their label on April 6, yet they keep giving me excuses for not processing me refund yet. I have never been this frustrated with a company.

Buyers do not shop! Stop! Be aware! These scammers have a really good way of deceiving people. The quality of their clothings doesn’t even match the price you pay. I’m sure they buy these clothing wholesale for a really small price. I placed a huge order Over the weekend and highly disappointed. I ordered a size small and they are surprisingly much larger than even the online photos portray. I will be returning every piece of mercy I ordered and will not be shopping here again! Nice try, Bella Ella! I will not be back. Thieves!!!!!

This is a reply to Bella Ella response to my rating. I was just looking at the other reviews on their site, the bad reviews all got the Exact Same Reply from the Boutique. So this tells me that do not care about their customers, as they have a automatically generated reply for bad reviews. Definitely not a company I want to do business with. My review is the following: I'm a first time buyer to this boutique, I ordered a top in my normal size large, well it came today and I am so disappointed, it fits like a small, and of course it they consider it a sale item, because I used my "first time buyer discount code" so now I am stuck with a top that is 2 sizes too small. I guess I will have to figure out who to give it to. I will not be shopping from them again.

Hey Desiree! We are so sorry to hear this top didn't work out for you. We hand measure every garment we sell to ensure sizing issues like this don't happen. In addition, we add very detailed measurements to the sizing section of every product, one by one, and add this information to a diagram on the product images in an effort to ensure you get the right size. We know shopping online creates a number of challenges in getting the right size, which is why we go to extensive efforts to ensure our customers get it right the first time. Unfortunately, not everyone pays attention to this information. The discount you're referring to must have been a 40% off offer, and not our 15% off new customer offer. As outlined in our policies, any discount 30% or greater creates a final sale situation for the discounted item. If the item was 15% off we would gladly return or exchange it. Not someone who normally leaves reviews...I ordered multiple items (first time customer). One of the items was a jacket. I wore the jacket twice only to have the stitching break where the belt hooked through. Reached out to customer service and was told they don't take back any worn items. While I understand if it had been months perhaps not, but I wore this two times just to have it break. I was not offered a refund, nor store credit, not even a future discount code. Most organizations strive to put the customer first. BUYER BEWARE: Unless you are willing to risk no refund if your item is faulty, fits poorly (see reviews below), is incorrect, etc, don't purchase from this store. It is a shame because they have cute items. But I am not going to risk losing money based on poor customer service.

I used to love ordering online from this store, but I won't buy from them anymore. I returned some items and even with the confirmation of returning the items within the allotted time, Bella Ella keeps disputing my bank. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this vendor unfortunately!

It looks like you were originally refunded in store credit, but you wanted to change the refund to your original method of payment. We did not dispute your bank; we simply responded to the chargeback that you opened against us because of this confusion. Will never purchase from Bella Ella Boutique again. I recently ordered 3 dresses and received them in a timely manner. All 3 were ill fitting and given that they were all size medium, it was surprising that one was huge, the other too tight, and the third way too short. I logged in to follow the process for returns, and was unable to select 2 of the 3 dresses I wanted to return, so I emailed their customer service. Their response informed me that 2 of the dresses I had purchased were final sale and therefore non refundable. I was shocked since I hadn't noticed any 'final sale' language anywhere during the shopping and checkout process. I asked them to tell me where it was indicated that the items were final sale, and their response was that "items ending in $.97 are final sale' and that you can find that information on the returns page on their website. So, I informed them that it seemed intentionally misleading to omit 'final sale' language from the product page, the checkout page, the packaging invoice slip, and the email order confirmation and that I would appreciate it if they considered honoring a refund and changing their misleading information to facilitate more informed purchases for customer. Their response was "Unfortunately we cannot make an exception. Sorry for any inconvenience". They aren't sorry. They intentionally mislead customers and I intend to recover my funds and spread the word that this company operates under poor business standards.

Hey Emily! We are so sorry that you were unaware that your items were final sale, but we do make an effort to list this information throughout our website and checkout process. The product pages of all of our clearance items clearly state that they are final sale. We also link the returns policy on every single product page and at the bottom of the checkout screen. As this policy clearly states, any items purchased on a sale of 30% or higher or ending with a price of .97 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not do this to deceive our customers; we do this to clear our inventory and make room for new seasonal products that we hope our customers will love!
