Horrible scam store. Their items are pure junk, and are either falling apart or look nothing like the photo. When you email them, they lie and are extremely snarky. A quick look on the BBB shows they have ONLY F RATINGS! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. I bought several shirts my first order and everything is ridiculously oversized, one of the shirts looked like it was at least 4 times bigger and I’m a usual large-XL depending on where I shop. They have no exchange process. When I called in I got to choose two choices. either return all items and wait for them to give you STORE CREDIT or buy all items and return old ones which did not make sense considering he never offered a refund. Oh and by the way you pay shipping. One of my shirts had lots of thread coming out of the seams. And whoever Trevor is with customer service was HORRIBLE! I got hung up on by him twice as I’m only trying to figure what I’m gonna now do with several shirts way to big as Trevor with customer service hangs up on you. Do not recommend!!

Hi Larissa thanks for the feedback. As a boutique we have numerous companies that provide us with our products. A lot of time the sizing runs differently. We have gone to extreme efforts to ensure we communicate our product sizing on EVERY item we sell by hand measuring every item and publishing those unique measurements on the product page for that item. We also encourage everyone to check the actual measurements prior to purchasing. Thank you for your feedback about Trevor. We will look into it.

Sent my item to the wrong address and said it was not their responsibility accusing me of giving the wrong address and then stopped responding once I showed a screen shot proving I have the correct address. Horrible customer service don’t shop here.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately we can only send orders to the address we are provided. Not sure how we should know you gave us an incorrect address before sending your order out.

Terrible!!! They do not give you your money back!!! Don’t shop here!!!! Return policy is bad!!!
Response from Bella Ella BoutiqueMar 31, 2021
Thanks for the feedback Amy. I'm sorry you don't agree with our return policy. Our return policy is published on EVERY product page on our site, as well as on our Shipping & Returns page, which is linked in the footer of our site so it shows on every page. If we make a mistake we always provide a way to fix it that includes cash back.

I ordered a jacket, but it was too small. I asked to exchange it for a bigger size and they told me I had to keep it and I couldn’t return or exchange because it was on sale. But it didn’t say anything about “final sale” on the item or when I checked out. I was shocked so I contacted them to request and exchange for a larger size and I offered to pay for the shipping. There’s answer was “no!” Buyer beware! Do not purchase any item on sale from them! There’s no way to know if it will fit properly or if you will like it. It’s too big of a risk in my opinion. What happened to taking care of your customer? Highly disappointed!

Hey Katrina thanks for the feedback. Our return policy is published on every product page on our site, as well as on our Shipping & Returns page, which is linked in the footer of our site so it shows on every page. As outlined in the policy, we do not accept returns on items sold at a discount of 30% or more off the regular price. I apologize you missed that in our return policy when you made a purchase. In terms of an exchange, we typically do offer to exchange an item if we have the other size in stock. We will look into trying to make our policy more obvious.

I would give them zero stars if possible. They sent me items with stitching falling apart and sewn like a pile of spaghetti on each cuff. I sent photos and "Trevor" stated "I don't see anything, it's clearance so you can't return it. I want to remind you our return policy is clearly stated on our site." Soooo..... you sent a defective item and it is MY fault??? A quick BBB search shows they have ONLY 'F' RATINGS as well! DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY SEND JUNK OR WRONG ITEMS THEN LIE SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO FIX THEIR ERROR. Edit: You mean on sites where you can edit your reviews and pay to delete the negative ones? Funny how these sites, including the BBB with all of your F RATINGS, can't be "bought". I hope people DO see the reviews of your TERRIBLE QUALITY, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW CUSTOMERS HAVE TO DISPUTE WITH THEIR CREDIT CARDS AFTER YOU SEND THEM JUNK AND LIE. Please, please, please let them see. GO TO THE BBB! GO TO YELP! GO HERE TO TRUSTPILOT AND TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS.

Thanks for the feedback Caitlin. We never intentionally send incorrect items or lie about our policies. They are very clearly outlined on every product page on our site. When we do make a mistake, we make every effort to make it right. We have over 5,500 reviews on our website at a 4.5/5 star rating. I would encourage people to read reviews there from all customers, including those not totally happy, instead of on sites like this where people only come to vent.

We were at the Layton, Ut location today. We went to the register to ask if an online coupon could be used in the store and the girl became VERY angry because my daughter threw some dresses on the floor in the fitting room. She may have had a good point, but she was SO angry and mean. She told us their clothes were too expensive to be treated like that and if we did it again we were not allowed to try on anything in the future. I’ve never been treated with such anger. She could have spoken kindly.

Thanks for the feedback Suzi. I've actually spoken with the employee involved, and it's been addressed. Our policy is to treat every customer with kindness. I hope you would give us another chance and shop at Bella Ella in Layton again.

DO NOT ORDER from them. The sizes are all over the place. The quality is not worth the price. They will not refund your money - only offer you store credit. You have to pay shipping back. Their customer service agent, Tyler, was not helpful or empathetic at all. I don't know how they are still in business or can even call themselves a business. SHAME ON THEM! They are ripping people off.
