Bella Ella BoutiqueReviews of bellaellaboutique.com

Shipping was fine except one of the two sweaters I ordered in small came in as a medium. It is a little bigger than I want but I did not want to bother shipping it back. Cute sweaters . Love the tunics. Will order again from you.

Quality products - fast shipment - only complaint was the multiple shipment bags - used a lot of plastic and one of the bags was so jam packed it broke open before it arrived to my home. Overall very satisfied.

This was my first time to order and although it turned out my item was out of stock, I was notified as soon as that was realized and I received a prompt refund. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to seeing the quality for the price. I will definitely give Bella Ella Boutique another chance.

Very slow shipping but still made it in time for Christmas

The sweater was huge, huge! I can't return it as I rcvd a discount. The style & quality are great! I'm so disappointed I can't wear this item.

It was very easy to buy items of clothing and the clothes came in great condition. The packages were done nicely and kept the clothing smooth.

Great customer service and response time. One cardigan I received had a small hole above the pocket. It wasn’t worth returning it and waiting on another one. I was able to mend it myself. Otherwise, excellent service!

They kept me informed as to the progress of my package and it arrived earlier than they thought it would at first. Inside packaging was a little rough, sweater just crammed in the bag, but the items arrived in good condition.
