Bella Ella BoutiqueReviews of bellaellaboutique.com

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased anything. All the reviews on the product were wonderful and said the quality was amazing. The quality was NOT amazing - it was horrible. Multiple snags, threads everywhere and a button hanging by the thread. I am glad I bought it on sale - won't bother trying to return as I don't want store credit. I have a feeling the sweater I purchased won't even last through this winter. I certainly will not be shopping here again.

Customer service doesn't care and is rude. I would of never purchased from them of I knew they were going to be like this. And was affordable on their site?? You have to pay for shipping on returns and you don't even get your money back. I'm losing money from buying from them.

This boutique is such a scam!! I've never been so disappointed in my life. I ordered two dresses and paid for early shipping, which cost 10 dollars. But only one of the dresses came in, and I needed the dresses for an event. They never got in touch with me or tried to explain that they forgot to send my other dress. When I reached out to them, they came up with some story about how the dress was damaged before shipping. But even if this was the case, why didn't anyone reach out to let me know? And now I can't even get my money back because it's store credit. Horrible, Horrible boutique, do not waste your money here at this unorganized, unprofessional place.

Deceptive practices, you sell products without size charts, you don't allow refunds to the original payment and ONLY store credit, you make customers pay for returns, your clothing is so small that my very average body would have to order probably a XXXL as the large didn't even fit over my ribs, and WORST OF ALL...you are not showing bad reviews on your website. You only display the good reviews. I only took a chance and purchased from you because of said good reviews and now that I see your deceptive practices, I am very disappointed. Why would anyone ever order from you? You give zero reason for repeat customers because you are deceptive and make the process difficult every step of the way. I may have wasted $90 on that dress but I'll make sure no one else gets scammed. It will now be my mission.

Received wrong item. Paid for 2-3 day shipping on a Wednesday, did not receive full order until almost a week later. The dress sizes were completley misrepresented as were the descriptions of the products. Poor quality and terrible customer service. I have now made 3 attempts to be contacted with no luck. Will never purchase from this store again. Side note - they also do NOT offer returns and are not completley up front regarding what can actually be returned for "store credit".

I have purchased a dress to wear to a wedding and it was supposed to arrive a few days before the event. It never came on time, in fact it was delivered almost a week later. The dress I have purchased looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The color was much darker and it was significantly oversized. The quality of the item was absolutely terrible. The seams were crooked and the threads were sticking out everywhere. The bottom of the dress is noticeably uneven ( it is about 2 inches longer on the left side) and the collar awkwardly protrudes in the back. They do not issue refunds and only offer store credit. I am not excited to purchase anything from them again considering the poor quality of the item received. Moreover, they charge for shipping if you wish to return or exchange. Their return policy is mentioned somewhere in the fine print so they can blame customers for not reading carefully. I was surprised to see all the great reviews for the item I've purchased. I have left a one star review and photos on their website but it was never posted. I guess they are selective with what reviews are posted, which explains why such an atrocious and poor quality item has so many good ones. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Do NOT order from this boutique!!! Waited WEEKS for my order....yes, WEEKS....and still NO order!!! Even got an email telling me the order was delivered, which was a complete and total LIE! STILL waiting and had to scramble to find a new outfit to wear the day of. After sending 4 emails, I finally got a response. The customer service rep was absolutely NO help. Save your money and heartache, buy from a more reputable boutique!! Bella Ella is train wreck!!

Shady business practices. Currently in dispute with paypal & filed complaint with BBB. I had placed an order for an item, but after seeing all the negative reviews and seeing that they do not allow refunds once an order has shipped (only store credit), I contacted the shop to cancel my order. The shop refuses to refund me even though my order has never shipped. Untrustworthy in every sense not to allow refunds especially since an item hasn't even been shipped and is sitting at their shop. Greedy and will take your money. Run the other way! Plenty of other good, honest local businesses to support. Take your money elsewhere.
