Horrible!!!! I wish I saw this before I ordered. I ordered a dress and a shirt. I cannot return the shirt because it was on sale so it was final purchase, the dress can be returned for store credit. I don’t want the store credit because their sizing doesn’t work for me, I ordered all small sizes and they all were too large. I don’t understand why you would make someone return something for store credit and have them pay for the shipping when the item didn’t work out. Part of it was my fault for not reading the return policy ahead of time but I have not had something like this happen in a very long time I Didn’t think company’s did this. I will not be ordering from here ever again. The items I bought will be going to goodwill. I will not return them.

Beware of return policy!! So far they have NOT been helpful with my return. Initiated the return online....no reply. Called company...do not see the return started online. Said I would not be shopping from them again...she said “That’s fine.”

Horrible. Took forever to come in the mail then the sizing was wrong strongly recommend to size up because these dress sizes are WRONG. Large fitted like a medium

Many items are not eligible for return and those that are only allow for store credit and charge for shipping both ways. My wife bought two dresses (both poor quality) that we are unable to return. I can't imagine many of these reviews are legitimate. Please review the return policy before you purchase.

Returns for store credit only? What a scam

Horrible customer service. No refunds available for an online company. Insane.

THIS ORGANIZATION IS FRADULENT. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and would suggest you do not do business with them. I ordered a dress tried to cancel the order immediately was told they do not accept cancellations. I returned the dress per their instructions and was told it wasn't eligible for a return because it was damaged. I never even opened the package. They refused to return my product without me paying a fee and they refused to refund my money or give a store credit. This company has many complaints about their fraudulent business practices. BUYER BEWARE

What I ordered and paid expedited shipping for arrived too late. When I tried to process a credit card return I was told it would be store credit only. I explained that I did not want any product because what I received was of poor quality. I have been going back-and-forth with Bella Ella to no avail. They make it difficult for you. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any product. Plus their customer service rep was very rude when we spoke and she realized I could and did dispute the charges. I got my $ back but I had to work very hard to do that. Very dishonest company with NO service. Once you place your order, you’re toast.
