I ordered 2 different sizes of the same sweater, but different colors. The medium is smaller than the small. Yarn is very soft. Sweater looks much shorter than photo.

I bought sweaters through Brad's Deal. When I finished with transaction my total was suppose to be 39 dollars and change. When I received the sweaters my invoice said 104 dollars and change. I feel I was way over charged.

I wish I could give five stars the chenille sweater was a beautiful color and very soft and cuddly. However when wrapping it to give us a Christmas gift I noticed a hole near the back collar seam. Bella Ella agreed to replace the item however the color I had was then sold out.

Ordered 5 shirts/sweaters. Button popped off one shirt. Two were just not high quality and one I should have ordered a different size but it might have been better had I sized down. One hoodie was exactly as described and it works okay but quality not what I was hoping for. Not sure I’ll order from this boutique again.

One of the sweaters I received has a obvious defect in it and due to my neuropathy of my hands I opened the package with scissors and accidentally cut the other sweater Sweater is not my style and is too big so I need to know how to return the sweater with the defect and perhaps change it for different style and size.

Updated Review: I am updating my review because I did finally get emails regarding my order (and an apology.) Since I ordered two items, the item that was is stock did arrive on Christmas Eve and it is a nice sweater. I would purchase from this site again, but not when I need the product for a Christmas gift. Original Review: Poor experience with this site. No communication about delayed shipping. Poor response when inquired about shipping. Waited a whole week to let me know the item I ordered for a Christmas present was out of stock (even after I received a confirmation that it was being shipped out!) Not ready for the traffic it received at the holidays and had very poor customer service in response to their difficulties.

I ordered two blouses, both size medium. One is smaller than a small I ordered and the other is larger than the XL I ordered. Both were Christmas gifts to too late to do anything but give it to the gal so she has something to open and then give them to a tiny and a large person and purchase her something else later. :(

Shirts where balled up and stuffed in an envelope. Shirts were so wrinkled I have to wash and iron before I can wrap
