Loved everything I got. My only beef was a dress I asked about restock for, I was told would not be restocked, and I placed my order only to have it restock (missed my coupon). Quality far higher than expected!!

Love the different clothes they offer, not the same thing over and over but the sizing is inconsistent between brands and that's a bummer. I've had to make several return, but at least that is an easy process. Shipping is super fast and cheap. I like that you can earn rewards but can only use them in their stores not online. I don't live there, so don't get to take advantage.

I bought one of their items and it wasn't the best quality

I have ordered from online boutiques before. Wasn’t happy. I don’t trust reviews, but I took a chance and ordered a shirt just to see what I thought and I was honestly happy with the quality and how fast I received the shirt. I will be ordering again.

Sizing is a little small. One of the shirts I got is way to flowy and makes me look pregnant. It’s super cute though, just wish it was as crazy flowy

Absolutely loved the dress and tops I ordered! I did receive a top that was not the color I ordered. I emailed the company, and I received a reply less than 24 hours later. I was able to return the shirt and get the shirt I originally ordered fairly quickly. I will shop there again!

This was my first time ordering from Bella Ella. Overall the dresses seemed to be decently good quality. One dress which had some embroidery had some loose threads. Unfortunately the one I really wanted was sewn very crookedly. I am going to try ordering it again and hopefully it will be okay. Also although I placed one decent sized order, it came in many shipments.. not sure why.
