We looked into your specific purchase, and this item is actually a product we are pulling from our stores due to continued issues we've had with the material. We spend a lot of time handpicking quality styles, so the last thing we want is something that falls apart after one use. Due to the issues we've had with this defective item, we have gone ahead and provided you with a full refund of your purchase. Debra, we're sorry to hear about the poor experience you've had with the items from Bella Ella Boutique. We apologize for the customer service delay, our team typically responds to customer service emails within 12 hours, but when you first reached out to us we were short staffed that day. Unfortunately, our return policy does state that once an item has been washed, we are no longer able to provide a refund. Each item has specific wash and care instructions to help prevent the damage you experienced on your items.

Sarah, I'm sorry to hear about your less than ideal experience first experience with Bella Ella Boutique. We never want our customers to be confused or misunderstand the policies we have in place. We do have a full refund policy up to 30 days after purchase in the hopes that our customers have plenty of time to determine if they love the product or not. I also apologize for the confusion regarding our store locations. We recently relocated from our Draper location, moving the majority of our inventory to our existing store location in the South Town Mall.
