Hard to review when I haven’t received my purchases yet. Very disappointed because they were Christmas gifts and here it is Christmas Day. Very, very disappointed!

It is now 7 days since I placed my order. I was promised shipping 5 days ago which didn’t happen. I was given no reason for the delay. I was told yesterday it would ship that day priority. Today I heard from them and it’s now “ the shipping department is working as fast as it can” I am extremely frustrated. There is absolutely no reason for it to take this long to ship. They should have stopped advertising it if they were getting so over whelmed. Terrible way to treat customers

Terrible Order a Sweater on November 23, you claimed It was on its way on December 4 and then on December 6 I received a email stating my money was refunded. No explanation, I called them and then they said sweater was never in stock. It took 13 days to tell me sweater was out of stock!

The hunter green cardigan received was soft and beautiful, however, the purple one was stiff and appeared old.

What I bought is lovely and oooooh so soft!! Love it!!!

Ok, I saw this retailer on a Brad's Deal email and thought one of the sweaters would be perfect as a gift for my sister. The item took forever to ship, and when it finally arrived, there were no tags on it. I've emailed at least 3 times and no one seems to care about rectifying the issue. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend Bella Ella Boutique.

I never received my item. When I wrote into the company letting them know, they told me that there was nothing they can do. They offer no guarantee that you will actually receive your item. I would never buy from them again because of their poor customer service

so frustrated with this company! i bought a dress while visiting Utah and it was too small. I called the store in Sandy asking if they had the size I needed in which I was told they did. I drove 30mins over to find that they actually only thought they had the correct size when they really did not. They advised me that the online warehouse was the only one that had the size I needed. While waiting in line to return my dress I went ahead and bought the correct size online. As it was my turn to return the dress that was the incorrect size I was told because the tag to the dress was not attached they could not return this dress. I had the receipt and the unattached tag with me but they would not process the refund because it wasn't attached. I was so frustrated but since there was nothing that could have been done, I just left. I received the 2nd dress eith the correct size in the mail a week later. That 2nd dress came with 2 shredded tears at the arm seams and is unwearable. Its so frustrating because now I am back home in Az, stuck with 2 unwearable dresses I spent a fortune on. I will try and return the 2nd dress but am so disappointed with the extra hassle of repackaging and having to go to the post office to mail it back. This company has been awful to work with and the dress I unfortunately purchased is so poorly constructed. I will never shop with this company again snd strongly caution others before purchasing any items.
