I have now ordered the same item twice. This last time the neck of the sweater is ripped and the lower part of the neck is sewed inside out. I can not believe who ever pulls the items to ship out did not notice this. As soon as I opened it it was so obvious. Sorry but this is the truth. Won't be buying anything from this site again.

Bought a sweater for my wife for Christmas. Order Grey and received Forest Green but the sweater was a crop top, which was never in the description. I returned the item for a refund and customer service contacts me about a $5 return charge. So I'm out at least $5, one Christmas present and precious time to return and deal with Ron their rude customer service rep. Stay away from here if possible, I learned a valuable lesdon today about this company and their policies with they make a mistake. Their customer is never right

Unfortuantely the dress my friend purchased for me was not good. The zipper got stuck very badly on the first dress. Bella Ella did send me a replacement dress, but it had the exact same issue. I am so dissapointed because I really liked that dress. I hope in the future I will recieve higer quality items.

I ordered 2 sweaters on sale. One sweater shed so bad that I had to vacuum my car. I was so embarrassed. I literally took it off and put it in the box I send to charity. This was the first time and last time I buy from this company.

Not true to size - runs VERY small!!!
Disappointed
Shipping time was ridiculous. After numerous emails requesting a date of shipment, was given a tracking number accompanied by an email stating the item was in the hands of USPS and out of their control. After two days, I contacted the USPS in Orem Utah only to find out they had never picked up a package. The company simpmy printed a label to provide a tracking # for me. The package arrived only AFTER I disputed the charge on my cc, and the package was returned , unopened.
