We must address this publicly and clearly. Your claim about card payments is factually incorrect. Bella Digitizers & Patches does NOT accept card payments under any circumstance. Our sole accepted payment method is PayPal — one of the most secure and buyer-protected platforms in the world. This policy is clearly stated across all of our communications and platforms. It is simply impossible for us to have "taken your card" as we do not have the means to do so. This review contains false, misleading, and defamatory statements against our business. We take our reputation extremely seriously and we will be reporting this review to Trustpilot for immediate investigation and removal, as it violates their guidelines on fraudulent and unverified reviews. If you are a genuine customer with a legitimate concern, we welcome you to contact us directly at [email protected] with your order details and we will resolve any issue promptly.
