Before ordering it said the 24mm size was out. I asked when it would be back in stock and they suddenly had it in stock. I ordered the 24mm replacement part kit. Did not receive size ordered but 3 wrong sizes. Customer service wouldn't believe me until I showed pics. (The plastic part was different color but works). They then sent 1 more of the rubber part and yet again, it was the wrong size. I let customer care know, but they are now not replying to me.

This was disappointing. The battery life sucks. They are loud af. Sometimes it takes almost two minutes of holding the power butting to get them to turn on. The convenience is great is the suction is amazing but these are more of a hassle than it’s worth

The pump is great for its price and the suction is strong. Unfortunatelt it did not work for me, I usually get 4-7 oz and i barely make 2 oz from both breasts. Works great for an emergency.

The product is actually very good, I have two breast pumps from them and love them! However, be wary of reviews. I just received an email from their marketing team offering free products in exchange for 5-star Amazon reviews. I could understand offering discounts or even free products for a review to build up the review count, especially on new products but specifically to require 5 star review in order to get benefits is a scammy behaviour. The marketing team should trust the quality of the products. The breast pump is a good product, so if the other products are of similar quality there should be no reason for review scams.
