This is a fraud company. I never received my order. I reached out after 5 days of waiting for the shipping - and was told “after investigation we found that your package has been lost”. Ummm okay you waited 5 days to tell me that?? I’m due any time now and really wanted to get this bassinet on time. This is crazy!! It has been a week Today and they said “it was shipped” yet they are unable to provide me with the tracking info. The customer service phone is invalid and they never reply in the chat. I have someone showing “Tony Smith” in my emails claiming it has been shipped but again still no tracking number. After 7 days of nothing I have requested a refund - now they don’t reply to me. I had to file a chargeback with my bank which I got approved for - that tells me this is not the first time they “lost a package”. Very suspicious. Stay away from this company, this is a scam.

My lactation warmers were used & I wasn’t even sent the right chargers for them.

Not a fan that it doesn’t come with different size flanges or have the option to purchase them. I spent hours googling what flanges to buy for it. I found some on Amazon but it isn’t the same brand so it comes off here and there. Not everyone is size 24mm and it’s useless unless you are. Very disappointing with your “one side fits all” The reviews and price makes it worth to get it but it’s a headache and a half just to make it work.

Absolutely horrible! Would not purchase again. The completely stopped working in less than 2 weeks of purchasing
