Ordered a double pump, within a week one lost suction and just started clicking, the second week the second one did the same thing. Asked to return the product and was only offered half my money back. So i lost $80 to only throw it away. Battery life isn't great doesn't even last a day. Extremely disappointed as pumps are a lot of money and I'm left with my supply going down due to not having another couple hundred to spend on a pump. Don't waste your time or risk your milk supply on their cheaply made products. Quality products aren't much more expensive and it saves you the hassle.

One side doesn’t work. I contacted customer service and they never got back to me. ETA I emailed that same address on February 17. Still no response.

Not good, no suction at all. My old cheaper Lansinoh works much better.

Wanted to love this but just doesnt provide enough suction for me and the flange is to big and the size i need is almost never in stock

just terrible customer service. one minute my pumps are shipped. then back ordered, i ask for a refund and they magically have a set all of a sudden? just terrible, would never recommend these to anyone. product? they work alright.

My pump came broken. I tried to reach out to customer service and heard nothing back. Too bad as I wanted to love this product so bad! Update: it is now March 3 and I still have gotten no response from customer service. Almost 5 months and no response… brutal!
