Belkin is a fraud company. They are a hollow organisation with absolutely no respect for customers, particularly shocking given the prices they charge. I purchased a 3 in 1 wireless charger stand and quickly noticed the plug was making an odd sound. I contacted their customer service and they provided a seemingly clean process for a replacement. It has now been almost 3 months since I sent them back the faulty product and they have still not delivered my replacement and lack in communication. Essentially robbing me of my money and the product. They are saying the product is not currently in stock but this is an invalid excuse as there is stock of the product on their business partner websites. They offer no alternatives; only empty promises whilst expecting “patience”. NEVER interact with this company as they are a complete sham.

I used to be a fan of Belkin. A successful American startup with good products and customer service. No longer! I used to buy a lot of Belkin products, and I liked the WeMo smart plugs. WeMo is owned by Belkin, which is now owned by Foxconn (a huge Taiwanese/Chinese company). They stole from old WeMo customers by no longer allowing control over a local network. You now have to set up an online account, provide access to your phone's GPS location, and go through the Internet to control the smart plugs in your house. GOODBYE WeMo, Belkin, and LinkSys!!! Never again for this old fan. Interestingly, they've also eliminated any ways their customers might give them feedback. The closed down their community support forum and deleted all the posts and info there. There's not even an email address on their website for support or corporate! The only ways to access them are through web forms, live chat, and a phone number for tech support only.

I bought a mesh system 6 months ago it just stopped working one day it has a 1 year warranty I call to get a new 1 after staying on the phone with them for 10 hours they refuse to send me a new 1 unless I gave them a $500 deposit with a credit card. There is no technical support to speak of there is no corporate number to call and when you do call technical support you are sent over to the Philippines and you are given the run around and they don't stand behind their policy.

How can Apple be in partnership with a company with such poor customer service!!? I purchased a wireless charger through the Apple shop but was told I had to go to Belkin directly for support when it broke... still trying and no luck. Their phone team keep hanging up before the issue is resolved and are difficult to hear, I suspect both are intentional to avoid having to replace their terrible products! What's more the online chat function never connects to an adviser! Shame on Apple for selling this rubbish but worse for leaving their customers to deal with their terrible customer services!

J’ai renvoyé une station de charge défectueuse début septembre. Belkin a commencé par la perdre dans ses entrepôts, ils ont fini par la retrouver mais n’en avait soit disant plus en stock. Ils étaient donc sensés m’envoyer la nouvelle le 30 septembre et à ce jour je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Quand je les contacte, ils me disent que je suis en priorité numéro 1, et qu’ils me rappellent sous 48h sauf qu’ils ne rappellent jamais et que rien ne se passe...

Panzerfolien für das iPhone 12 Pro sind ungenügend! Die Folie geht ohne äußere Beanspruchung kaputt. Es bilden sich Risse obwohl das Handy in einer Tasche ist. Ich habe jetzt die 4. Folie drauf und habe erneut das Problem, dass sich die Folie am Rand ablöst und es unschön aussieht -> als wäre Flüssigkeit unter der Folie. In meinen Augen ist die Folie auch zu klein - sprich der Abstand zum Rand ist zu groß. Beim Entsperren des Telefons spürt man ständig den Rand der Folie. "Curved" Folien werden leider für das 12 Pro nicht mehr angeboten. Bei diesem Preis absolut unbrauchbar.

if i could give this company zero i would .. their customers service is based in the Philippines and are the most inept customer service you will find … i initiated my guarantee with my ear pods given they failed within a week and to date their customer service refuses to confirm a replacement .,, it’s unfortunate that i will need barclaycard to take action but for everybody else contemplating belkin stay well clear , spend a bit more from a reputable company

Purchased protector from Apple store when I bought the phone. Smashed randomly months later, have never even dropped my phone! Got in touch with customer services because their “LIFETIME GUARANTEE” and all. Good luck finding a replacement that’s in stock because this is where they get you. They literally have none in stock on the website to give you. I was told I could go into the Apple store, buy a new one, keep the receipt and Belkin would refund me for it. NEVER again did I see that £29. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Never experiences such awful customer service. Got in touch multiple times to be told the finance team would look through my case to see whether or not they’d refund me, and I’d have a decision sent via email in 24 hours. No email ever came. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Don’t fall for it at the Apple store either, they’re useless and rude
