Belkin is an absolute con! I have held on for over an hour and there is no ‘agent on the way’. I also called and it said it was closed after saying it was open till 5 pm and I was well within the time frame. I am looking to replace my screen but already sense it’s a wasted cause. Nobody answers. They are un ashamedly shameless at NOT OFFERING CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I damaged my screen but read here they will refuse to replace it - how crazy is that. Apple should NOT be using them to supply their screens and should NOT be saying they can be replaced if they are damaged if this is clearly not the case. Shame on Belkin. Shame on Apple.

j'ai acheté un film de protection pour mon iPhone 13 PRO, posé par un vendeur AppleStore, cela fait 2 fois que je fait changer celui-ci car il se décolle. plus moyen de le faire changer alors qu'il est garanti "à vie"... 35€ !!!! très mauvais service client... mauvaise communication par mail & téléphone !!!!!

I bought an Apple screen protector, which is much more expensive because, in case of damage, it would be replaced. After 2 years, it broke and they told me that the warranty cover does not apply "IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO UNNATURAL PHYSICAL STRESS, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE OR ACCIDENT. THUS, ACCIDENTAL OR NON_ACCIDENTAL PHONE DROP IS NOT COVERED WITH THE WARRANTY". So, if your phone fall, you would not get a replacement. This is ridiculous!

An absolute CON OF A COMPANY that needs closing down in the uk by trading standards . They are breaking consumer law every day!! I paid over 300% more than I should of for a iPhone screen protector in the apple store as it was backed by a guarantee warranty that any damage to the screen protector it would be replaced for free. DONT FALL FOR IT!!! It’s a con a lie and a cheat!!! Doesn’t matter if you spent 2 hours registering it properly (which is a requirement) They told me they are simply out of stock so I can’t have one. END OF DISCUSSION. They offered me a basic cheap fit yourself screen protector which I told them to stick. I’ve asked for a refund and been refused, The so called AMAZING screen protector cracked while on my phone in my pocket. I didn’t drop my phone. I went into apple who confirmed they have 1000s in stock. But can only sell me them. As the warranty is with Belkin. Belkin have to send you a screen protector direct. Which is a con!!!! All they would need to do is email you anQR code and let apple deal with it. But they refuse. They take your money then IGNORE You. AVOID THIS COMPANY DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM CONSUMER LAW IS SUPOSE TO PROTECT CONSUMERS BUT THIS GIANTS IGNORE IT!!!

Scam company. Don't know how they partnered with Apple. Doesn't matter what happened to your screen protector, they will always find a way to avoid replacing it. Don't EVER buy a belkin product. Their warranty is practically non-existent. Their quality for screen protectors are terrible as well

I was advised to put a belkin screen protector on my new iphone. Total waste of £29 as when i dropped the phone after only 10 days the screen protector and the screen cracked, it wasn't covered under warranty. When the screen was replaced I was given a screen protector free of charge by a small independent shop. Don't waste money on over priced Belkin, it's a total rip off.

Do not purchase a lifetime limited warranty screen protector from them. When my Apple Store applied protector cracked, they said they would send a replacement- BUT IT WOULD NOT BE THE SAME PRODUCT that I initially paid for. It was a less expensive model. They refused to send me money to replace it with the exact product!

Worst screen protector I’ve ever had. Installed by apple store and charged £30 peeled off after 2weeks. This product worth £0.50 no more. Don’t waste your money and time
