I ordered a Belkin wireless charging dock WIZ001MYWH. It’s £90 and is really cheap hard plastic. It also makes a hight pitch wine and clicking sound when in use. It took me over an hour of struggling with the chat / phone numbers, to eventually get into a battle with a operator who was doing the absolute minimum to help and was passive aggressive in manner. It’s all a massive disaster and in the end I was apologising, to try to get them to do ANYTHING during a 20min phone call. Best to never deal with them I guess. Lucky I paid by credit card!

Expérience très pénible avec le screenforce pour IPad de Belkin. Je l’ai acheté chez le revendeur d’Apple à Clermont-Ferrand qui a refusé de me poser la protection d’écran. Après une heure d’effort en frottant l’écran recouvert de la protection il restait encore de nombreuses bulles. Le SAV de Belkin contacté m’indique d’après ce que j’ai compris que les revendeurs devraient disposer d’un appareil pour appliquer le filtre. Je demande que Belkin me fournisse un autre filtre et un revendeur capable de poser le filtre. Ils refusent alors qu’il y a une garantie de 2 ans et que je leur fournis des preuves d’achat et des photos des bulles multiples sous la protection au prétexte que je n’avais pas de facture. Il est honteux de faire payer 50 euros un filtre trop difficile à mettre sans un support technique et de laisser des revendeurs vendre ce produit peu performant sans qu’ils appliquent eux-mêmes le filtre. En conclusion : gros problèmes de qualité de la protection, du réseau de distribution sur Clermont et du SAV Belkin. A fuir

Product not working. Several times promised (phone, chat, e-mail) to respond within a week but failed nearly every time. In the end they promised to make a payback but after sending the invoice there was never a payment. Belkin doesn't respond anymore. Totally not trustworthy.

Belkin light plug quit working, told to remove app and re install which I did. Went to the pictures of all the plugs, mine not there but it was for the past year working. Told to call a different number, After what seemed like a eternity I left my phone number, Called me back later I answered and after 13 minutes of nobody at belkin on the line, I hung up. Tried later and same thing. Why call people back if you are going to make them wait. Apparently my plug is ok but its the software. After they called me back the last time I waited 27 minutes but nobody at Belkin was on the line SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT

try to register screen protector on Belkin site as given by apple. they make it impossible to register - seemingly only accepting a US style phone number and minuscule information on packaging with serial numbers - this is a scam, they have no intention of allowing you to register for a replacement

If I could give no stars I would. Do not buy Belkin products. I paid $50 for a screen protector which has a 2 years replacement warranty. After the protector cracked I contacted Belkin via email. After chasing them for a month they sent an email telling me they will send a new protector. It has now been 4 months and numerous emails to their support email address and I haven’t heard anything back nor have I received the replacement protector.

Obligée de mettre une étoile, j’aurais voulu en mettre zero. J’achète un iPhone chez Apple, on me pose une protection d’ecran Belkin a 40€ en me disant que c’est garantie a vie. Moins d’un mois après la protection se décolle et se casse. Je retourne chez Apple et ils me disent que c’est avec Belkin qu’il faut voir directement. Je refais tout de même poser une protection Belkin a 40€ encore sachant qu’on me dit que je serais remboursée. Je contacte Belkin (catastrophe pour les avoir et ils parlent presque pas Français) et on me dit que pour que la garantie fonctionne il fallait commander le produit chez eux directement. Je me retrouve avoir repayé une protection qui était censé être garantie mais qui me sera jamais remboursée. Mon avis ? Ce sont des arnaqueurs incompétents, fuyez Belkin !!
