Not worth the money to have this product. I spent $65 for a screen protector, that cracked after I dropped My Phone on the table, just like any other screen protector would have. To have it replaced, they’re charging me $15 shipping and handling. all said and done, I’m at $80 for a screen protector that I could have bought for $10 at any accessory store. Completely not worth it. Never again dealing with this company.

Just another once-reputable company that has gone to hell. I had Wemo switches which were not cheap. But effective the end of January 2026 they discontinued support and recommended that they be appropriately recycled. A giant F.U. to customers. Yes, they offered something to customers whose products were still under their 3 year warranty, but I expect a simple switch to last more than 3 years. Maybe that's unrealistic. Or maybe Steve Malony, CEO from 2021, would rather count his bonuses than take care of customers. In any case, no more Belkin products for me. There are alternatives.

Belkin Ultra Glass Screen Protectors are sold in the Apple Store giving the implication that if you buy Belkin Brand that you will get free replacements as long as you own your iPhone along with free shipping. Belkin only replaced my screen protectors free twice. This in itself told me that they are no better than the cheap ones you can get two for ten dollars on Amazon for. Mine and my wife's have broken a third time now and Belkin's warranty has turned into paying $9.99 for shipping for the "FREE" replacement. This charge should more than cover Belkin's real cost for the screen protector and the USPS fee. After much dispute about their warranty policy they agreed to replace only one of the two that my wife and I bought as a one time exception. I going to let my wife have the one they are sending me to have Apple install it on her phone. I plan on showing customers my screen protector that are thinking about buying a Belkin product of any kind just to show how Belkin stands behind their customers. Best Buy sells Zagg and the warranty is handled in the store. I learned this after I had bought the Belkin brand. No having to fill out a form online, send pictures of the broken screen protector and a copy of your receipt then add your credit card to pay the $9.99 for the so called shipping fee and now you wait for it to be shipped to you. All the while you still have a phone with a broken screen protector until you receive it then make a trip to the Apple Store to have it installed on your phone. It will take Best Buy less time to replace it and have you on your way than it takes to fill out Belkin's form online.

I bought Belkin screen protectors for all my iPhones because I trusted the Apple Store and the advertised lifetime warranty. But my experience has been really disappointing. Although it’s marketed as a lifetime guarantee, you still have to pay a £10 shipping fee every time you need a replacement. Given that these protectors crack so easily, that adds up fast. You can get a replacement fitted in store, but if you can’t easily get there, you’re stuck paying for shipping. In my experience, the so-called lifetime warranty doesn’t feel like much of a warranty at all. Honestly, you can buy a pack of three screen protectors on Amazon for around £5 that offer similar quality. So for me, it just wasn’t worth the cost or the hassle, and I personally wouldn’t recommend it

I've had Belkin surge protectors since my early days in the 1990's. One time a new surge protector failed on my Apple G4 that was only a couple months old, Belkin tested and determined it was definitely the surge protector that failed. They paid for the repair. Fast forward to the last surge protectors we bought because we had bought new computers...the SP's failed in a recent storm so we sent them back to Belkin for review in June. It is now over 2 months in August and no reply. They never answer their phone or allow us to leave a message since June 12th. Also, our ISP came to the house to confirm that all internet connections were good, modem and router are fine (everything else connects fine since the storm), but my Mac Mini ethernet port got blown by the surge. My son's Mac Mini won't boot up and we have to buy a new one. BTW our particular SP is out of stock on their web site for God only knows how long. We won't be buying anymore Belkin products because their products are no longer good, warranty doesn't mean anything anymore, and they have zero customer service.

An absolute waste of time and money. The product broke immediately under normal use. Belkin’s customer support refuses to answer the phone, and their warranty is a joke because they expect me to pay expensive freight just to fix their mistake. Save your breath and your efforts—don't bother with this terrible company

J'ai demandé le remplacement, ils ne l'ont plus en trock ! le mensange ! il l'ont plus pour le faire installer par un pro, mais ils l'ont pour l'installer moi même. et si je l'installe moi même je perd la garantie !

Paid a lot of money for a screen protector with a warranty although the warranty is pointless im still waiting on replacement and i had to pay 10 dollars to actualy recieve it what a joke
