DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Screen protector for an iPhone i purchased cracked and disintegrated from a small drop on a soft floor, they won't replace it despite a false lifetime warranty, the actual warranty does not cover anything other than manufacturer defects, I have asked Apple to explain what this actually means on a screen protector, £34 of garbage and lifetime warranty is falsely advertised - Apple replied to my request for clarity on the warranty, they were unaware of the change of policy and full credit to them they offered me a fitted replacement if I went to their store.

Purchased an Ultraglass 2 screen protector at the Apple Store and installed by them. Was told there was a two year guarantee on the product as long as it was registered which I did. In less then two weeks the glass has cracked in the corners even though the phone has not been dropped or hit. After waiting a week for them to reply , the refuse to replace it as their warranty only covers ‘bubbling’. Total scam - Belkin obviously happy to say their products last 2 weeks so will bare this in mind when I purchase other things.

That’s where the real disappointment began. The representative informed me that Belkin had changed their warranty policy and now only covers manufacturing defects like bubbling or peeling, not physical damage—even though I had successfully claimed a replacement for the exact same issue in the past. Despite my clear explanation that: • The product was sold under a different warranty at time of purchase, • I had previously received a replacement for similar damage, Belkin insisted that the new policy applies retroactively to all purchases. This leaves a bad taste and undermines trust. Changing the terms after the sale and refusing to honor the original warranty feels unfair and misleading—especially when consumers pay a premium for what’s advertised as a lifetime-protected product. I won’t be purchasing Belkin products again, and I recommend buyers get written confirmation of warranty terms at time of purchase—because Belkin may not honor them later.

I ordered two wall chargers that were advertised as having foldable prongs, the ones I received did not. I had to spend an hour on the live chat support just to get a refund started. I was repeatedly told that the website said the feature was US only (it does not, I've checked several times and it still doesn't.) I was told that I was expected to pay for the shipping to send back the items that weren't as advertised. Now I've got the email for the return, it looks like they're not even going to collect the items, I'm expected to take a trip to the post office to fix their mistake. Absolutely appalling service.
