Both me and my wife have belkin screen protectors on our I phones, both cracked a little as expected when dropped but belkin sent out replacements within a week, simple process online to fill out a form requesting a receipt and photographic evidence of damage, couldn’t be easier.

I was getting in touch about a £45 charger I had bought that's completely stopped working after just 2 months which I was super annoyed about, and I didn't have my receipt - so I wasn't feeling optimistic that anything would be done. However, the live chat representative was really helpful and arranged a replacement for me! I was beyond pleased. Many thanks!

Not sure why all the negative review. I purchased a Belkin screen protector for my iPhone 15 max pro which I applied myself but unfortunately it’s faulty with some very small marks. I requested replacement and belkin sent me one like in 3 days. Highly recommended and if anyone having trouble please follow the instructions on the website and provide evidence of the purchase item and images of the damaged items. Too many impatient buyer and jumping to conclusion without giving them a chance to investigate.

Ich habe ebenfalls eine Folie für mein iPhone im Apple Store gekauft, die jetzt nach 1 1/2 Jahren eine Blase geworfen hat. Ich bin zu Apple bzgl des Austauschs, dort wurde mir gesagt das ich mich an Belkin wenden soll. Gesagt getan, habe ich online ein Formular ausgefüllt und mein Problem geschildert. 3 Tage später habe ich nun eine nagelneue Folie im Briefkasten. Besser gehts nicht! Super. Ich war auch ein wenig schockiert über die negativen Kommentare hier und dachte auch schon das klappt bestimmt nicht, aber ich wurde eines besseren belehrt und freue mich über die kostenlose neue Folie.
