If I could give 0 stars
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I truly regret buying the Belkin iPhone screen protector for my new iPhone 17 Pro Max from the Apple Store. I trusted the product because it was sold by Apple and came with a warranty, but it turned out to be absolutely not worth the money—even with the warranty included. I paid £34.90, and the screen protector cracked within one month. For comparison, I previously used a £10 screen protector for my old iPhone 13. It lasted four years, survived more than 10 drops, and never broke until the day I sold the phone. When I returned to the Apple Store, I was told they were not responsible and that I needed to submit an online claim directly with Belkin. The process is extremely inconvenient. If the item is in stock, they simply mail the replacement to you and you must install it yourself—so what is the point of paying Apple Store prices? If it’s out of stock, it has to be shipped to the Apple Store for installation, which can take up to six weeks. Completely unacceptable. If I wanted to install it myself, I would never have paid Apple’s premium price in the first place. The quality of this screen protector is terrible, and I honestly cannot believe Apple partners with a company producing such poor products. It is not worth a single penny and has been incredibly time-consuming. Meanwhile, my brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max is left without any protection. I will never purchase accessories from the Apple Store again—not even if they were free. It has been a complete waste of time going back and forth for something as simple as a screen protector.
