For convenience when I purchased my iPhone 17 pro at Apple Store, at my request they installed the Belkin Ultra Glass 2 screen protector. Belkin claims it is the strongest, most durable, up to 7.2ft drop protection and 25x stronger than traditional glass. Three months later I drop the phone 3ft on a wood floor and the screen protector was damaged. I wrote the company for replacement, the reply I received that there is some delays due to the current high volume of request. This doesn’t speak well about their quality! Three weeks later I received an email stating that the Ultra Glass 2 is out of stock and there is a comparable unit Ova217-TL that maintains the same quality as my original product with the only difference that it comes as self apply version. This new product when I received it has totally different quality 18x stronger not 25x stronger than traditional glass and the drop protection is 6.5ft not the 7.2ft on the Ultra Glass 2. I wrote back the company but they didn’t care to reply. I decided to buy at my own cost a reliable product on the market. Apple company shouldn’t subject their customers to this unreliable product. UPDATE: Belkin two weeks later refunded the cost of my original screen protector without asking them to do so.

Had a screen protector applied to my Apple phone at Curry in London Gatwick airport yesterday 27/12 - this morning there is a crack in the screen protector - contacted Belkin in Webchat and we’re really unhelpful and would not even consider it being faulty - really disappointed and most expensive screen protector I’ve bought - £29.99!!!!!!

I bought new iphone and Belkin Tempered glass with lifetime warranty. my glass broke and I requested a replacement 20 days ago but it has not arrived yet!! Worst customer service. I will not recommend Belkin product because customer service is non existent.

Product: Belkin BoostCharge Charging Cable Case Number: 17965165 I am submitting this complaint regarding Belkin’s failure to honor a valid warranty refund and their repeated false commitments regarding the resolution of my RMA claim. I purchased a Belkin BoostCharge charging cable that stopped functioning within one year of purchase. Belkin advertises a 2-year warranty on this product. I opened a warranty claim exactly one year after purchase, well within the warranty period. Belkin acknowledged the claim and confirmed that I was eligible for a refund. However, since that confirmation, Belkin has continuously delayed and misrepresented the status of my refund. Over the past 9 days, I have contacted Belkin three separate times. On at least two occasions, Belkin representatives stated that: • The matter had been “escalated,” and • A team would contact me within 1–2 days to collect my debit card details and process the refund. Despite these assurances, no one has contacted me, and no refund has been issued. During my most recent chat (screenshots attached), I was told for the first time that: • Refunds are allegedly “paused during the holiday season” and will resume “next year.” This explanation directly contradicts earlier representations and was never disclosed during the prior 9 days of repeated follow-ups. At this point, Belkin’s timeline has no credibility, and I no longer have faith in their statements. Additional concerns: • I have been repeatedly asked to “verify my address” despite having done so multiple times already. • Each interaction results in generic excuses, shifting explanations, and no actual resolution. • Belkin continues to acknowledge the escalation but refuses to provide any concrete action, date, or accountability. This pattern constitutes a failure to honor warranty obligations and misleading customer service representations. I am requesting: 1. Immediate processing of the promised refund, without further delay, and 2. Written confirmation that the refund has been issued. I am uploading screenshots of the chat transcripts to substantiate Belkin’s false commitments, shifting explanations, and prolonged inaction. I attempted multiple times to resolve this matter directly with Belkin in good faith. After nine days of repeated follow-ups, broken promises, and contradictory explanations, I have no choice but to seek BBB assistance to hold Belkin accountable for honoring its warranty and representations. Don’t buy there stuff and don’t bother wasting money on time on the warranties.

My screen protector cracked within a month. Warranty process through the company a nightmare and you consistently have to chase it up. Would give less stars if I could. Worst customer service.
