I bought my screen protector directly from Apple. Super overpriced but figured unlimited warranty so why not. It is unbelievable that Apple associates itself with this company/product. Everything about dealing with this company is terrible. Their screen protector broke almost immediately with no major drop or incident. When going to get a replacement you have to have all of the original information when you purchased the product to be eligible (which I had), I then had to submit multiple support cases until every couple of days until they finally approved one for whatever reason, once they approved the replacement I had to pay $10 for shipping which seems like completely false advertisement on a “free” replacement. I pay the $10 fill out all my information, and wait for my product to ship. A few days following I get an email from Belkin saying that I need to confirm my address, I confirm my address, I get another email from Belkin asking to confirm my address, I confirm it again, I then get another email saying that my shipment is confirmed asking for a final address confirmation with an attached address that is clearly some failed AI attempt at copying my multiple clear verifications. I am now 8th in a support queue on a Thursday night where I haven’t moved in 20 mins. Avoid this company and its products at all cost.

De vrais escrocs camoufler par apple, J'ai acheté un écran de protection 50$ en boutique apple au moment de l'achat de mon iPhone car la vendeuse m'a vendu l'affaire comme garantie à vie ! Autant de fois que je le souhaite ! Ouaaah la belle affaire non ? Mon iPhone tombe par terre 5 jours après , première chute ''l'écran de protection'' Belkin se brise en 3 ! Pourtant c'était pas la chute de l'année hein . Je retourne chez Apple , réponse ?-> Désolé nous ne pouvons rien faire Belkin est un prestataire voyez avec eux , ok je me suis déplacé sur Montréal pour rien déjà . Je vais sur le vieux site tout moisi de Belkin après 4 essai , l'attente que mon telephone soit enregistré il se passe casiment une semaine hein . Après ca je me dirige sur le site et là surprise ont me demande plus de 20$ de frais d'envoi pour un nouveau écran de protection !!! La grande blague !!! 9,95$ c'est le prix pour 3 écrans de protection sur Amazon ! ( ce que j'ai commandé d'ailleurs !!! Donc 50 dolls en boutique pour que d'ailleurs on essaye encore de me raquette 20$ pour un pseudo frais d'envoi qui fais la taille d'une lettre ???? Bande de voleur

The Apple Store should have not recommended this product. If i knew there is no customer service at all, i won't take this product. No email to be contacted. The new display for my new Iphone 17 will take 4 to 6 weeks to be sent. They are selling rubbish.

Ich war mit dem gesamten Service leider sehr unzufrieden. Der Artikel kam bereits beschädigt bei mir an. Der anschließende Umtauschprozess war äußerst kompliziert und hat sich über mehrere Wochen hingezogen. Es gab viel Hin und Her mit dem Kundenservice, mehrfachen telefonischen Kontakt und lange Wartezeiten. Zudem funktionierten Links in den E-Mails teilweise nicht, was den Prozess zusätzlich erschwert hat. Ursprünglich war ein Ersatzgerät vereinbart, letztendlich wurde mir jedoch lediglich der Kaufbetrag erstattet. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich ehrlich gesagt einfach nur froh, die Angelegenheit endlich abschließen zu können, da mich der gesamte Vorgang sehr viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet hat. Der Kundenservice wirkt auf mich unnötig kompliziert und wenig kundenfreundlich organisiert. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich eine Online-Bestellung dort leider nicht empfehlen.

BELKIN SCREEN PROTECTOR DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I purchased screen in October 2025. It got cracked last week since then I have been trying to get it replaced. I have spent an hour on the phone with Apple trying to submit the information BUT it will NOT take the photos they require. The form takes about 20 minutes to fill out and after that IT WILL NOT ACCEPT THE SIZE OF THE PHOTO. WE HAVE TRIED SEVERAL WAYS to compress the files. Now i am trying to talk to BELKIN and so far I have some Asian women with a strong accent who refusing to pass me onto a supervisor. Totally useless unhelpful company who obviously just want your money but do NOT back up their product. I WILL NEVER BUY BELKIN AGAIN. This piece of junk cost $39.95 and their SERVICE IS CRAP.

Ein Stern ist zuviel. Absolut unseriös, der Prozess wird so erschwert, dass ein Normalsterblicher es niemals schafft, die Garantie in Anspruch zu nehmen. Unverständlich, wie Apple mit diesem Unternehmen zusammenarbeitet und den Kunden damit konfrontiert.

I submitted the warranty replacement request for a screen protector ages ago but still here waiting to hear back. I just received an email saying the item is yet to be dispatched and no updates since then. I honestly feel like I’ve been scammed by both the Apple Store that recommended this product as well as the company that is not honouring their warranty policy.
