Bought a Belkin Surgemaster with lifetime warranty and free replacement if the Surgemaster would fail. Tried to contact customer service after the Belkin Surgemaster failed. After a long wait I got in contact with a customer service representative that anyone would call rude, uninterested and not proper for the job. After explaining the issue, making and showing pictures and sending the warranty papers he just said: there is NO WARRANTY, buy a new Belkin product, closed the chat and left me with this poor BELKIN Surgemaster that ruined all my expensive devices. NEVER EVER BELKIN AGAIN! Don't ever buy Belkin. It ruins your devices and self destructs after that.

In 2026 I would expect a company suck as Belkin to have it together with online or app orders. An I would expect there out side the USA!! customer service to be somewhat adequate. But I was horribly wrong! There web site shopping cart crashed 2 times as I was paying. I tried on my cell phone and it crashed in the cart while I was paying. I called them immediately on hold for 25 minutes and was told they are sorry and one would ship and 2 would be cancelled and I would receive an email stating this within a couple of hrs. That never happened. The next day I saw in my email 3 orders were shipped. I called back and was told I would have to wait for them to be delivered and then call back in to get return labels, then go to the post office to mail them back and then I have to wait for then to return my money. Such poor customer service. And the discount that I was supposed to get because there shopping cart crashed 3 times I never received. After this I will never purchase from Belkin again.

The product arrived broken - and the product is a screen protector - so not reccomended if it cant even handle to be sent in it s original package without breaking.

I purchased the Belkin UltraGlass 2 screen protector for the iPhone 17, but I’m very disappointed with its quality. After just one month of normal use, the screen protector cracked from a minor fall off the sofa, which I would expect it to withstand. Additionally, the warranty is misleading—replacement isn’t actually covered, as you’re required to pay for it. Overall, not worth the money and I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Absolut unverschämt und wahnsinnig kompliziert! Erst wird mir ein defektes Produkt geliefert (Belkin UltraCharge Pro). Kontaktaufnahme und Einleitung des Umtausches auch hier schon extrem aufwendig. Dann wird mir mitgeteilt, dass das neue Produkt aus nicht bekannten Gründen nicht in mein Heimatland geliefert werden kann, ich bitte um eine Rückerstattung. Diese habe ich auch heute, 2 Monate nach der Bezahlung, noch nicht erhalten. Die Rückzahlung musste ich selbst in die Wege leiten, über irgendein kompliziertes HSBC Banking System. Unverschämter Service

I am very upset at talking with customer service and trying to convince them that my screen was broken. I paid about $40 for a screen when I bought my Iphone 16 pro at the Apple store. I dropped my phone less than a year later and broke the screen. I had the screen replace at a low cost kiosk and the screen was not put on correctly. I told the Belkin agent this, but had to go through a long process to prove my story. I sent a copy of my receipt to the agent, but then she wanted to see the damaged screen. I told her twice that the bad screen was removed by the kiosk people when they replaced the screen. But I told her I wanted a Belkin screen put on by an Apple store because it was better. She still wasn't satisfied. I finally hung up and decided to go to the Apple store and pay another $40 unless I can find a better screen with a better warranty.

Bought the belkin screen protector life time with iPhone 17 pro. The first screen protector cracked and I went on their website to get a replacement. The experience is just awful. I’ve already registered the product. But I still need to find my receipt and attach it, fill in a long form, and take pictures of the broken screen protector and upload it! In the age of AI image generation, I can’t think of any other purposes of this requirement than making it super difficult for customers to receive the service they paid for. It was the worse customer experience I have ever had.
