Can I put zero star? Worse customer service ever. 3 days and 3 hrs to get through online. Yet if you don’t reply to their message you get cut off after 4 minutes!! New screen installed by apple, by the time I got home it was cracked!! Yet it’s in a wallet phone protector, and the agent said it was fair wear and tear!! £35 for two hrs is wear and tear and then to get a free replacement under warranty ! you have to pay £9.85 delivery charge when they actually advertise £6.95 and DHL (that’s who they use) charges £3.78 for a package that size for weight!! Royal Mail charges £3.50) How is that possible? How is that free?

Non-Existent Customer Support! Do NOT buy Belkin screen protector! It is a complete waste of money and way too expensive for the atrocious quality you get. I bought the screen protector from Apple, and in less than a single month, it cracked completely on its own. The phone was never dropped, bumped, or mishandled in any way. It just cracked out of nowhere. When I went online to get the replacement they promise, it was completely out of stock. To make matters worse, I had to wait in their customer service chat queue for three agonizing hours just to speak to a human. When an agent finally joined, they completely ignored all of my questions and refused to help me. They just blindly stated that a "case has been created" and shut me down without resolving a single thing. This company offers very poor service, sells fragile, overpriced garbage, and traps you in customer support hell. Save your money and buy from literally any other brand. Avoid Belkin at all costs!

Used to be a hassle-free replacement situation, that is no longer. They charge premium prices, but expect you to pay shipping. Amazon has plenty of alternatives for half the price of shipping a Belkin replacement.

I spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to register my screen protector warranty. During the call, I had to repeat my name, email address, phone number, and the product part number over and over again. Despite providing the information multiple times, the representative was still unable to complete the registration or resolve my issue. I also tried registering the product through the Belkin website, but the system would not accept my phone number regardless of the format I used. This experience was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service and would like this complaint escalated to a supervisor or manager for review. I would also appreciate assistance in completing my warranty registration and claim.

I registered the product but they have no record of me doing it. RIPOFF!!!!!!

Pésimo servicio de garantía: Discriminan si pagas en efectivo en tienda física. Una decepción absoluta con Belkin. Compramos unos auriculares SOUNDFORM Play que han fallado estando en periodo de garantía legal. Hemos demostrado con fotografías que el producto es 100% original y el número de serie es perfectamente visible. Sin embargo, el servicio de atención al cliente (y su supervisor) se niegan en redondo a tramitar el reemplazo sólo porque el producto se adquirió mediante pago en efectivo en una tienda física en el extranjero (FNAC Pyrénées, Andorra) y no disponemos del ticket térmico de papel. Se limitan a enviar respuestas automáticas de plantilla sin evaluar la autenticidad del producto ni el número de serie. Es vergonzoso que una marca de este nivel deje desamparado a un cliente y se desentienda de un fallo de fábrica de un producto totalmente original. Horas después de publicar esta reseña, el "Belkin Supervisory Team" nos ha enviado un correo confirmando el rechazo definitivo. Se escudan en sus "políticas de equidad" para ignorar por completo que el producto es 100% original, que el número de serie es visible y que se pagó en efectivo en una tienda física. my screen protector-under warranty- cracked. it was under guarantee but they replaced it with an incorrect one- for which I had to pay £10 postage. the apple store refused to apply it as it wasn't the right one. I bought the correct one in store for £35. Now Belkin, having admitted their mistake, refuse to refund me, neither for the screen not the postage. I find that absolutely appalling and in terms of business- sense, deluded. this is not a company that one should trust. However, believe me, I will not take this lying down. Sharon
