My package was sent to the wrong address so I never received it. Previous to that, right after my order was placed I was sent an email saying I would get a partial refund with no explanation. Instead, when I received my credit card statement, I found they had CHRGED that extra amount. So I am out the original order plus the extra charge. I am not pleased.
