Delivery quicker than expacted but the dress and shirt were from very poor quality. Very disappointing. On the website, it looked great. In real time it looked very cheap and the colours weren’t as bright and light as on the website. No more selling for me.

The dress I received is predominantly red in color, which is not the case with the advertised dress. The design of the dress I received is rough. But the most serious thing is that the dress has a seam right in the front and the pattern is undone. Worst purchase ever!

It looked nothing like the picture. It looked awful. Never again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I do not even want to give it ONE star. My order NEVER came after almost 6 weeks and they kept saying it was on the way, they would rush it, etc. DO NOT ORDER!

I paid $127 for 3 sweaters. What came is worth $20 at most for each sweater. They won’t accept returns. I’m being offered $65 & to keep the clothes instead. First time I’ve been in negotiations to return clothes. lol

I ordered 1 oversized gray cardigan, 1 oversized cream sweater and 1 oversized gray/cream sweater. I received a small blue cardigan, a small purple sweater and a small gray/white sweater. When I opened the package, I thought the company had sent me someone else’s order. Then I realized that the items are just counterfeit. The colors, fit and shapes are not what was pictured. The items are not what is represented on the website. Prior to ordering, I checked the return policy and the website states they have a 30-day guaranteed refund policy. I also confirmed with the company via email and they told me if the items do not work out, I could return or exchange them. When I reached out to the company about the issues and misrepresentation of items and to inquire about a refund, they offered me $8 and to keep the cardigan I had paid $45 for. I told them that is not acceptable and that I needed a full refund, they told me they could refund me $18. I insisted on a full refund. They offered to refund $22. For the 2 sweaters I had paid around $91 for, they said they could send me a different size if I paid them an additional $17. I told them what they are offering is unacceptable and that I needed a full refund. They then told me if I really want a full refund, I would need to send the items to Dubai and pay for shipping. Their website clearly states that they have a warehouse in the US and they ship from US. But they are demanding that I ship the items to Dubai if I insist on a full refund. I agree with other reviewers that this seems like a scam and the company is sending counterfeit items or items that are not what’s shown and advertised on their website.

I have NEVER left a bad review for a company, but this needs to be said . . .I would give this a negative number review is it were possible! I bought 2 items from Beliy's. Before I purchased from this random company I went over the return policy with a fine tooth comb and even reached out to make sure they would honor the 30 day return policy with a full refund (that they post on their website). The products did not work out and when I contacted the company to find out how to return it, they would not give me an address for the return and offered me $14 and told me to keep the product. Here is the actual response from them. "We can refund you USD $14 as compensation, you can keep the item(s),is that ok?". If I wanted to keep the product I wouldn't be returning in the first place. When I said absolutely NO, they came back with "So sorry for your dissatisfaction. Could you keep it/them and we would like to refund you USD $25?" Again I said NO, I want the full return price and they came back with this "US$36 is the highest compensation we can give. Could you accept it?" Why am I haggling for my return??? I ended up donating everything to a woman's shelter . . . .So at least I feel good about that.

Do not buy from this company. Clothes came and were very cheaply made. Pictures make them look much much better than what they are. Will not allow you return if incorrect size and don't fit. Asked to return and received email they would give me $12 refund for $89USD clothing.
